I have a different On Cloud shoe, and really like it. This one has the oddest insole, with hard, ridged stitching around the edge that digs in to my heel. Too bad, because I really like the style. It also felt oddly smaller than the same size I have in the other OC pair.

Several friends have raved about this shoe being the most comfortable ever. I wanted it to be for me too. But, I over-probate, and I don’t feel that this shoe has very much stability support even though it’s advertised to be a stability shoe. My knees are achy after an afternoon of wear. It also isn’t nearly as cushioned as other running shoes like the Brooks, Asics and New Balance. My plantar faciatis also make a reoccurrence after walking in these shoes a couple of days. So sadly, I’m stuck with some pricey closet decorations.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks, new Balance

I really wanted to like these shoes. They look nice and are not bulky. I did have to exchange to a 1/2 size bigger. I supinate (under pronate) and these are not a neutral shoe. These are definitely designed for pronators. If you are looking for a neutral shoe this is not one. If you are a pronator then these are a great shoe as they have stiffer clouds in certain spots to help stability. I sent them back to much disappointment.

These shoes have a lot of cushion and felt supportive. They are a really nice fit for my 5.5 size. What I didn't realize was that the high back of the shoe would end up rubbing a lot against my ankle. They fit great at first and I never noticed this while trying it on, but once I wore them out on a longer walk, they rubbed a lot. Luckily, not enough to cause a blister, though, but I was only out for maybe a one mile walk. I also like to wear 'no-show' socks, so they had direct contact. I'm hoping they will eventually "break in" since I can't return them, but we'll see!

these are great shoes but very short lifetime. they tear at the mesh where your shoe bends in 6-7 months time.

A friend recommended these to me and I was excited to get them. I’ve worn ASICS GT-2000 8s for a while now and always loved them, but figured I’d branch out. Very disappointed. Both shoes developed tears near the laces within the first three months. Then I realized that both my feet were developing recurring pain to the point where I had to ice after every run. Never had to do that before. I’m going back to ASICS.

The cloudflyer shoes that i ordered for my daughter that she has worn twice, she works 12 hour shifts and is on her feet all 12 hours. The two days that she has worn these shoes her feet and legs have ached so bad due to the lack of comfort/cushion. I was very disappointed because the shoes look very nice. I will be ordering her a different pair of shoes in another brand. The on website offers 30 day guarantee, i hope this is true with Zappos.

I will be researching Brooks and Hoka

I wanted to love these shoes but I am very disappointed that after having them only 4 months, the netting over my big toes starts getting holes at the top of the shoe. (And my toenails are not long) I only wear them around the house now but for the price, the quality just isn’t there. Although they are very comfortable, I would like to own another pair. But after this happen, I think I’m going to stick with my Brooks.

Gave me horrible blisters on one foot. One shoe fit fine and the other one was misshapen and dug into the side of my foot. Poor construction.

Seems to run narrow. I have loved my other models of On shoes that seem wider in the toebox.

Very stiff shoe. The sides rubbed on my ankle bones and soles had no cushion. Wanted to like this brand but after trying two styles, definitely not for me.

This review is about the shoes, Not Zappos which receives high marks from me for their supreme customer service. I purchased this shoe for the express purpose of using them for walking on a months long vacation. Nothing extraordinary, just daily city walking, no hiking or climbing. My conclusion: Support - excellent. Comfort - excellent. Durability -Poor. After two weeks of daily walking the top webbing began to fray and split badly enough that you could see the socks underneath. They made it through the month but looked awful. After returning home, Zappos honored their commitment to excellent customer service and refunded my money. The shoes went immediately to the garbage bin. If you are looking for a casual shoe to wear every once in awhile, they are stylish and comfortable and may even last longer than a month. If you are looking for a shoe to wear daily while going about your life, this shoe will not stand up for long. Much to expensive to last only a month of wear. Not worth the money

I was really hopeful these shoes would be the one based on all of the positive reviews. To me, it felt like I was running on cement. I tried 2 different pairs in the hopes I happened to get an "off" pair, but both left me with severe lower back pain following a lite jog on the treadmill, and I've never had that experience with ANY shoe.

I was really excited to get these shoes. I had seen a lot of people wearing them, and they all gave rave reviews on comfort. They are very comfortable and stylish, but they just don’t hold up well. I am on my feet about 40 hours per week as a nurse, and after less than 3 months of wear, there is a hole on the outside of both shoes right by my little toe. If they wear out in that little time with only walking, I can’t imagine they would be good for running. I’m really disappointed considering the price.

These are SUPPOSED TO BE RUNNING SHOES but I would not use them again for that purpose. I've been running for many years and am always looking for lightweight running shoes. Unfortunately it appears that these shoes were made lightweight at the expense of providing adequate cushioning. There was in essence little to no cushioning, no springiness. If I had wanted a barefoot or minimalist running shoe, I would have ordered one. The shoe was also quite tight at the base of my toes where my foot is the widest. I still normally wear a B width, but this was a little narrow.

After wearing these for 3-4 months - pretty much the only thing I've had on during quarantine, I have pain in both feet (down the sides & heel) and the shoes have torn holes near the ankle/top eyelet. I couldn't figure out why I was hurting, so I quit wearing the On shoes for a week or two and went back to my old Asics. The pain was much better, so I tried the On shoes again. Pain reignited, and the left foot is now pretty bad. I'm fairly sure I've developed plantar fasciitis, and since I've more or less lived in these shoes, I believe they are the cause. As for the hole, I'm not usually hard on shoes, and I only have one other pair of tennis shoes that have ever developed a hole. Maybe my pair of On shoes was defective, but these have not been good for me unfortunately.
