Been looking for a comfortable sneaker. This was it. I thought they were true to size.

Great shoe. I have several pair of on shoes and this is the first pair where the size 9 is too small; length is fine but they are tight in the toe box. Just saying......

I had to get a half size up. otherwise I think these shoes are great.

Really cute! and felt cushiony, but didnt fit well. I have a normal forefoot andnarrow heels so it is difficult for me to find shoes that dont slide up and down my heels. Thank you Zappos. You are awesome!

You definitely need to go up half size. They seem comfortable. I’ve wore them for just one run so far. I’ll give an update when I get to run on them out more.

I ordered half size up and that's a comfortable size for me for walking in these shoes. However, the left shoe hurts my small toes and i thought it would stop after wearing a couple of times but its still hurting. Also, after reading all the positive reviews, I was hoping it would be a comfortable shoe for the plantar fasciitis in my right foot, but it feels the same as wearing my much cheaper Skechers and the foot still develops a pain after a walk. The only reason I spent so much on this shoe was to have comfort while going for my walks and runs but it hasn't served the purpose. I would like to return them if possible.

I put orthotics in them so I have to bump up from my usual normal shoe size. But they still feel great.

I will order them again. The shoelaces are not strong enough.

Too tight across the top of the toes. Nice looking shoe, though.

I love this shoe. I have so much foot pain. I find these shoes help me tremendously. I have tried ASICS, Brooks and other high end tennis shoes but this is the one that lets me walk the longest. I think they are super cute also. The only problem I have with them is the second pair I bought was a hair narrower than the first pair. It may be Swiss engineering but there still made in Vietnam! It’s a little problematic to have one shoe too tight. I can still wear them but I definitely notice it. I wish I had ordered a replacement pair before I wore them. My first and perfect pair where the solid black.

I really like this sneaker!.. Does run small and a little narrow. Im a true 5/5.5 in shoe size. I take a 6 in these sneakers. Maybe could have even went 6.5. Wish they had more of a selection of colors. Good cushioning, nice stable feel.

Fits very well...helps with my high arches...My only complaint is I don't care for the thin shoestrings

Liked them but sent them back for the price. Will wait till they get my size in .

I totally love the look and color of these shoes and they are my forth pair of ONs. However I developed a bunion on one foot since the fit is too tight on this model. Sadly I will have to return them :(

I really like the style of these, but they run small. They do not have any arch support at all, and for $150 are not worth the price. Returning, but may have exchanged them for a larger size if they'd had better support.

These were comfortable throughout, great cushioning, good support. And still lightweight. But the "clouds" are large and the front ones hit right under the lower part of my toes, and I could feel it. Every time I took a step, I could feel the space between one cloud and the next, at the front of my feet. This makes me sad. These are nice shoes, and look good.

I have plantar fasciitis. I owned a pair of Hokas that were comfortable, but I thought the sole looked clunky. I liked the look of the On Cloud better and a friend with plantar fasciitis that was a previous Hokas owner too highly recommended the On Cloud. These looked and felt great though after only 6 months of limited wear the sides started to rip as several other people have mentioned. I ordered the On Cloudswift which looks like they have corrected the design flaw.

I really wanted to love this shoe. I absolutely loved the color and look. I wore them around the house and thought they were great. But after I wore them out in the real world, I realized the side of the shoe is so high it bumped my ankle bones to a point that was unbearable. Unfortunately they are going back.

I was disappointed that this shoe droit much bigger through the heel.. at least my heel slipped when I walked in this shoe. I was also disappointed that this wasn't a slip on but has long shoe strings.. I like to slip ons much better

there is not enough toe room; the height of toe room is very low , as well as whole shoe height from the sole up to the upper surface of the shoe; shoe length and width is OK

The shoes fit fine. They look fine. They’re light weight. They’re just not good for standing 12 hours at work.

I have narrow feet and didn't have enough length on laces to tie the shoes. The laces are thin, too.

Amazing shoes, but ordered them twice bc the sides ripped. In the end, had to switch to different shoes...

I have other 8.5 ON running shoes but the 8.5 in this one felt small. Just not as comfortable as the others.

I usually buy New Balance since they make 2A narrow widths. Some reviewers stated that this brand would work for narrow widths, so I tried them. While they seem comfortable, there was a gap in the heel on my inner ankle, that over time would be a problem. I also prefer higher ankle padding.
