I normally take a 9/9.5 wide but size 9 was too big and too wide. Disappointed to have to return.

these are a good walking shoe. excellent arch support. velcro straps are good to allow for foot swelling. biggest complaint is under strap rubs on foot. that is a little worrisome if wearing long . i like these but feel they are somewhat overpriced. i have other brands much more friendly to the skin

The gold sandals seemed well-made and the size I usually get was right except for the right arch. The left seemed fine but the right arch was off a bit and would have been uncomfortable after walking a while. ( I have never had that problem with any other shoes.) I did like the adjustable width. I had wanted to use them for casual-dressy occasions and they seemed too clunky for that. I really hoped they would look a bit slimmer and more graceful. The look just didn’t work for how I planned to use them. Between the wrong look and the arch, I decided to return them.

I really wanted to like these. They are a really nice change up to flip-flops. I have a high arch and need a bit of a heel. The heel in these feels lower than the front of the shoe. I will look on.

I wanted these to wear as a house slipper to support my fallen arches. I thought the arch & footbed material would be firm like the Tide sandal. Unfortunately for me, the footbed material is very soft & squishy with a velvety feel on the foot. The arch not as pronounced as other Vionic sandals & I could feel the arch support flattening out under my weight when I walked in them - I have never experienced this in Vionics before. Even with the straps tight on my foot, my feet kept sliding out the back of the shoe. It’s like the fabric on the footbed is too slippery. I’m really bummed because they were super cute in pewter! I’m a 10.25 to a 10.5 B & the 10 fit ok. I think an 11 would be too big. There is extra room to adjust the strap in the forefoot, but If you have wide feet with high arches the mid strap did not have as much extra give to adjust bigger and that could be an issue. I found the Vionic Rio supports my arches much better & looks to have more adjustability in the straps. Zappos, thank you very much for your excellent return policy & understanding! Comfortable, good arch support, style unflattering for wide foot.

I have a multitude of foot problems. Thanks to the adjustable straps, this shoe works for me!

pretty and comfy but these run narrow in a Med. I have never worn a WIDE shoe before but will exchange these for a Wide as the toe box adj strap is not quite wide enough to hide the velcro part on the toe box strap when I fit it.

Love the color and look of these...really wanted them to work but I need more straps holding them on! Normally wear 7.5 but ordered down and the 7 seemed to fit my foot but found them hard to walk in without having them slip off. Sadly had to return.

In terms of looks and fit, this sandal is perfect. Plus it has the arch support I need and can expect from Vionic. I ordered 2 sizes and I noticed on 1 pair that some of the studs were missing. Tragic! I will have to return them because I'm afraid the other studs will soon fall off as well.

Boxy and made my feet look like duck feet but so comfortable for house shoes!

The sandals are extremely comfortable with great arch support for my plantar fasciitis. I wanted slip on sandals in black, in wide width that are totally adjustable. I thought these would be perfect. The only problem for me was the selection. I wanted to wear them with casual outfits and the studs just made them seem too dressy. Wish there was a more simple pair available. Returning these and hoping there will be more selection next year. One other thing, the front strap rubbed on my toes, but hopefully would soften up with wear.

These are comfy but the metal accents attention blingy. The straps especially old looking especially with the Velcro.

Loved the look of them. After lots of adjustment to the straps, my 10 wide feet could not stay properly seated and forward in these 10 wide slides. My feet kept sliding back too far toward the heel no matter what I did. Would have loved them if they would fit properly. (Just had my feet measured at least twice, and both times the size was 10 wide, so I don't think going up a size would work in these.)

I will join the others here who bought these shoes to help with my plantar fasciitis. They are very comfortable. Really like the adjustable straps not only for any swelling, but I do sometimes wear them in the house with socks. Haven't had them long enough to comment on how quickly the foot bed absorbs odor. Would be willing to try other Vionic shoes.

So comfortable! Feel like they were custom made for my high arched foot. Unfortunately, they are not a pretty shoe, and makes my slightly wide foot look like a boat. I ordered the gold, which I found too blingy. They are going back but I will try the Vionic Bella instead.

My podiatrist recommended Vionic shoes because of the deep heel well. I wear these around the house to help support a week ankle. I like tat it has an adjustable strip which allows me to wear them with or without an ankle wrap.

I ordered the pewter and love the color. I haven't really walked a lot in them and had to get used to the strong arch support. They are very comfortable. I'm hoping the strap across my instep doesn't rub when I do a lot of walking.

I have a hard time finding shoes that don't hurt my feet because the straps always rub somewhere. I slipped these on and they felt amazing except that the arch support was WAY too firm for me and made my instep ache. I really wanted to love these, but it wasn't worth having sore feet, so they're going back.

They're work appropriate and have moderate arch support. The top straps are slightly irritating at first but that wears off. I wish they had s slight heal. Otherwise I do recommend.

These are pretty comfortable shoes. I have a pair of the slippers and because of the arch support, thought I would give these a try. My only reservation is that if my foot sweats, this sandal smells a bit. After wearing them, I use Lysol spray on them and that seems to help. They are a nice sandal and would recommend them. I wear a 7 but the toe is long so I got the 6 and they fit fine, due to the adjustable velco straps.

I am still wearing these around the house while trying to decide whether to keep them. I really like them, and they are very comfortable and have excellent support, especially for a sandal. My indecision comes from the fact that I have a narrow foot, & although the adjustable straps certainly help, I just need to make sure they are going to be narrow enough. I sure wish Vionic shoes were available in narrow widths. I need to wear orthotics,and there are VERY few sandals that have the support to replace the need for the orthotics. These definitely do.

The foot support is good, the sizing was correct (I ordered W)and having adjustable straps is a plus. The one issue is that the sandal's insole has a raised design of multiple dots - about size of a pencil eraser starting at the heel and continuing under the big toe. It gives the insole a rough feel similar to when you have something in your shoe when you are walking or even sitting.

Very pretty, but longer and wider than expected. I am keeping them, as they do have a Velcro closing that I can use at the tightest possible position. The arch support is the highest one I have ever seen in a sandal which others may like.
