This is my second pair of Merrill Siren Edge shoes. I bought my first pair several months ago and found them to be comfortable and supportive while not looking entirely like hiking shoes. The insole is removable so an arch support orthodic will fit nicely. This color is just bright enough to be fun.

These shoes felt like they were made for my feet right out of the box.

Very comfortable with good support. Excellent choice for any woman who suffers from plantar fasciitis and/or pronation. If I could afford it, I would have a pair in every color. My very favorite Merrells of all time.

This is my second pair of Merrill Siren Edge shoes. I bought a grey pair this summer to wear traveling and wore them almost every day. The insoles are removable which allows for an orthodic insole, if needed. They are slightly lighter weight than most hiking shoes and the sole is a bit less stiff, but is still supportive. I ordered the Astral Aura color first but the color is very subdued, almost neutral. I returned for a pair in Blue and they are just bright enough to be fun without being over-the-top.

I love, love, love this shoe! I tend toward plain white tennis shoes and really wanted something with some style to it. It has a great look to it and is really comfortable and fantastic lines.

Merrells are my favorite!! Over the years I have purchased mocs, snow boots, clogs, etc., and have never been disappointed. The quality is the best, and they have consistently been comfortable right out of the box. These hikers are no different - I've worn them constantly since they arrived. And, of course Zappos can't be beat with their fast shipping and excellent customer service!

I love this shoe. This is my first Merrell shoe and I will order more. Out of the box, I hiked for 3 miles up Nogal Peak in New Mexico and not one issue.

These shoes feel great and are really cute! Also, they make my size 10 1/2 feet look tiny!!! ??

Had to order 1/2 size larger-now are very comfortable-length and width. I really like the styling-not as bulky as other hiking shoes I have tried. I am exchanging these shoes for the same style but in the waterproof version-better for winter season

Seems like a wonderful shoe, however it doesn't work for me. I love my Merrell sandals and clogs, but these are uncomfortable because of my large bunions. I don't get any arch support to speak of, just an uncomfortable ridge under the ball of my foot. I'm guessing they will be wonderful shoes for most feet.

I was so hesitant to buy these because I already have a pair of hiking boots. So, do I really need a pair of hiking shoes? YES. These are great for everyday walking and for hitting the trail. I love them for times when I'm heading out but I don't know exactly what I'll be doing, which is far too often. They're cute and comfy.

I ordered the Merrell Siren Edge a few weeks ago, and they certainly did not disappoint. The minute I tried them on it felt as though I had worn them forever. No breaking in period. I wear them all the time. and they just keeping better. I have tried several other products, and they were okay, but I did not want okay, I wanted something better, and believe me when I received these I knew I had my something better. They are true to size, and wonderful shoes. I would and have recommended them to anyone.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but had to return them. They make your foot look tiny which is always a great thing! The style is nice, I was hoping to wear them for work. They just didn't work for my feet, they felt weird on the bottom of my feet, I tried a different insole, but that didn't help enough, there was like a hump in front of the heel or like the heel was lower than the rest of the foot. The arch felt fine even though I just returned another style of Merrell for the arch being in the wrong place for my foot. I guess Merrell just isn't a shoe for my foot, I tried on a different style in a store and they were great, but I'm not seeing consistency through the brand. I usually wear Keen.

These shoes are the best! I am a huge fan of Merrell shoes - they consistently fit right out of the box. I also appreciate that the shoe comes in 1/2 sizes. Merrell continues to produce comfortable, quality footwear.

I bought these shoes a few months ago and I'm back on Zappos to order another pair. I want to make sure I have a spare pair before they stop making them! These are absolutely, with no exaggeration, the most comfortable shoes I've owned. I work in Health Care and am constantly on my feet for very long days. The first day I wore them to work I was hoping I wasn't making a mistake by not breaking them in first, but these shoes do NOT need a break-in period. They are comfortable right out of the box. I wear Dansko's to work sometimes and other shoes for other activities, but these have them all beat, hands down. I don't think I have ever left a review about shoes, but I am pretty wild about these so thought I should pass along how I feel. They run true to size. I am a 7.5, that's what I ordered, and they fit perfectly. Many shoes squish my toes but I have just the right amount of room to keep my toes feeling good. I'm 57 so my feet have put on a lot of miles and sometimes they let me know about that, but with these Merrell's, they are happy. I also have to say I wear them on the weekends as well, when I am walking in the woods, hiking or running errands. They are my "go to" shoes!

comfortable, light weight, true to size

I live in hawaii and our hiking shoe selection is pretty sad, considering we have some amazing hiking spots. Things have gotten even worse for the athletic people ever since our main sporting goods chain, Sports Authority went out of business. Anyway glad to have found zappos! I love this shoe. I have wider feet, normally wear a 7 or 7.5, bought both sizes, it is quite roomy in the toe area, so i could've done either size, but went with the 7.5 bc i will use it for hiking and will be wearing thicker socks.I got it in the purple and black, very nice! I also liked the AMAZING 2 day delivery to Hawaii. I was a little sad when I first ordered and noticed that they didn't do expedited shipping to Hawaii, but I ordered my shoes on a tuesday and I got my shoes thursday morning! Also the return process was super easy, free return shipping and they processed it very quickly! Thank you zappos.

Very nice shoe, looks good too. They're a full inch shorter than my old Addidas, same size (tho, those are admittedly comfy, they look like boats!), so I can't figure why they feel so fine. Old ladies wear tennies too, sensible, of course, but I'll enjoy having a pair I can wear with nicer clothes.

Love this shoe! I have hard to fit feet and this shoe fits perfectly, looks nice and is super comfy. I wear a size 8 and it is exactly the right size. They are nicely padded around the ankle for comfort. I can wear my insoles if I want since the footpad is removable. I got the gray color and will probably buy a black pair as well.
