I tend to stand with my weight a bit forward on my foot and these shoes offer a low rise heel to balance my body positioning. Of course this shoe is perfect from the fit to the support it offers for every class I teach. I believe I've ordered this color 3 or 4 times because they are eye catching without looking like clown shoes. Love love love

I've been wearing the Ryka Influence ever since I discovered your shoe 15+ years ago. They fit like a glove, provide perfect support for each class format that I teachI have even converted several of my students to the Ryka shoe. Ryka's quality speaks for itself.

I have a ton of trouble finding comfortable sneakers that don't rub against the back of my foot. Until I found Ryka! This is my second pair, the first pair lasted at least 2 or 3 years with daily hiking / walking.

Ryka Influence is the only training shoe I wear. This shoe offers the arch support I need, and the medium fit is snug enough on my narrow foot. Bonus: They look good, and I'm frequently complimented on them.

These shoes fit perfect. The top rim of the shoe is green in color, which would be better if it was silver or black so that it does not interfere with the color of your outfits. Another idea would be to make this same shoe with different colors on the rim.

I love the Influence training shoe. They are comfortable and are perfect for my cardio kickboxing and Jazzercise classes! I like the off white color and the look of the shoe too!

I was looking for shoes for HIIT and other Xtraining activities, and these provide the stability and grip I need. I wouldn't run in them as they are not well-padded, but they are perfect for a 45 minute HIIT program and the like. I've been through many brands and styles over the years, and these are a game changer.

I have been ordering Ryka Influence shoes for several years. They are the perfect fit for my feet. I wear them every day for the gym exercise class, walks or pickle ball. I love that they are lightweight and have just the right amount of cushioning!

This shoe fits me well. It's very good for Zumba dance. Seems to be very good quality.

Used the app to get the right size. They fit wonderfully, comfortable right out of the box. Perfect for things like Jazzercise. I notice other people in the class sliding during a lunge, but these shoes keep me sticking to the floor when needed and slide when needed. Love them.

These shoes look great and are very comfortable for gym workouts. I have a very wide foot (at shoe store I was told I may need to wear only mens shoes) and these aren't quite wide enough for me. I ordered these online so don't want to return them. I will still use them for now, but will probably try something different once these wear out.

I like these shoes because they have more width room in the forefoot area. Not real arch height like running shoes I have foot problems even after surgery. So far they are great.

My new Ryka arrived and I immediately switched out the innersole for my orthopedic ones - a major reason I went with Ryka! Then came gym day. My coach was so happy I'd gotten a brand that was more appropriate for the type of training we are doing. I'm even able to jump rope now!!!

Love the stability of these for aerobic exercise and side to side motion. I have running shoes that just didn't work for aerobics as they were to cushiony and my foot would turn outward and these are perfect. I have a wide foot and I love you have the wide option and also the arch support on these is fabulous for high arches.

Lightweight and reasonably priced. I'm using these shoes only at the club and they work for everything, even high impact aerobics.
