Runs very small. I wear a 9.5 day in and day out and need a 10.5 in this. Not available so I am returning. Otherwise very cute and useful shoe.

Oh boy do these shoes run small. My regular size is 8 1/2, ordered that and they were tiny! Size 9 felt almost the same. Finally I tried a 9 in "wide" (never worn a wide before) and the fit was much better even though still a bit snug. Regardless, I'm sticking with the 9 wide because they are such a cute stylish shoe.

These run narrow. They are VERY comfortable, I am buying in a different color, but in a side size. I do not typically wear wide, but i noticed by foot is expanding the leather on the outside of my medium width pair.

These were really cute but unfortunately I’ve resigned myself to needing to size down half a size and get a wide. These would be great if they offered wide sizes.

I am usually a 6.5 wide or a 7 medium. I always hope that the 7 runs a little short so I ordered this in the 7 medium and it was a little long. So if you have a perfect size 7 foot it should fit you. I could place a finger between the heel of my foot and the back of the shoe. I ended up wearing a nice pair of pants instead of a dress because of this. I needed the shoes for an emergency event so I had no choice but to keep them. It is a beautiful kitten heel and the little bit of gold at the heal gives it a very classy look. I agree with others who said it was the perfect kitten heel. I am 65 but the shoe did not make me feel like I had on a grandma comfort shoe. I loved the look of the shoe. I just wish it came in a 6.5 wide.

Loved the look, but not the feel once on. Toe crushers with the pointy fronts.

I purchased these shoes for my Grandma to wear to my wedding. While she absolutely adored them, they were just "too pointy" for her. The shoe is well made and seems very durable - which is sometimes hit or miss with CK.

I loved these shoes. But. They did not love me. I am sensitive to odors, and for some reason, these shoes have a very heavy smell of leather that is overwhelming. I left them out of the box for several days hoping, hoping, hoping that the smell would disappear, but it's still there. I will be returning these and try a similar style.

Best short heel that is still sharp and chic. I have had 3 foot surgeries, yet this one heel - ordered half size up and added a couple inserts - works great for me. I have already had compliments as it immediately dresses up whatever I am wearing.

I have most of the "Gayle" Calvin Klein 3" heels. They so very comfortable! These run a bit small. Have not worn them out yet but they are ok. The low heel is nice. I wear a 10 and ordered a 10. A bit snug. Maybe when I wear them out they will be ok. I just love Zappos!! Great delivery and service. The best!!!

Bought these for a specific dress because a bigger heel was too much. Seem pretty comfortable so far! Stylish and true to size. I approve!

They are beautiful pumps with just high enough of a heel to look professional and pretty, yet low enough for comfort. I have a few colors because of the points above, but I need to stress, my pairs needed to be broken in and still gave me a blister on the sides of both heels. So I definitely don't recommend wearing these right out of the box and you still may need a couple of bandaids.

I have two pairs of these shoes. They are cute for low heels, with the little gold flair in the back. Also pretty comfortable. I have high arches and somewhat wide feet and have had no trouble on either count.

Very sharp looking pair of shoes, but they were really too small for my size 12 feet which admittedly are not very sleek. It's not you, it's me! Trying some others in a similar style.

Overall, these shoes are really cute and great for work. They look very professional and the heel is not too high, not too low. I love the little gold accent on the back of the heel too. For the negatives: The shoe is pointer than I expected. The shoes took a number of wears to break in. Lastly, I've now noticed a crease at the top of each point from walking and no matter what I do I can't seem to get rid of it. I recommend stuffing the shoe with newspaper after every wear to prevent it. That's the only thing that seems to prevent the crease I already have from getting worse.

Incredibly cute shoe but a bit too narrow for my foot.

The heel height is perfect to wear for long events . Not the most comfortable but again the heel height makes up for that . Love the style and pointed toe . Has a little toe cleavage which looks cute . Not a fan of the gold Calvin Klein logo on the back. They are a little loose but I won't fall out of them

Such a cute and flattering kitten...was wayyy too big. will order a size down to see if it works. It did cute into the bunion bone of on the left foot, but will keep trying until i find a fit.

I ordered the color Steel Saffiano Leather. It is much more textured than it appears in photo. It has a slight sheen and to me, appears to look like plastic. Extremely comfortable with a luxurious insole. I wouldn't hesitate to order in other colors.

I loved the color and heel height of these, but the toe is much pointer than it looks in the picture and they looked like witch shoes. Fancy witch shoes, but witch shoes nonetheless. Returned them.

Pretty shoe for a kitten heel. Pretty color too. Looks nice on my feet and I have large feet, 10M. They seem comfortable for a dress shoe. Overall they are true to size, but the toe box seemed a little too snug, so I am sending them back.

Basic black work kitten heel. I have a varidesk so I stand about half the day and needed to stop wearing high heels. These work well. Based on others advice, I ordered half a size larger than normal and they fit perfect.

These are basic, lovely black pumps. Regarding fit, they were absolutely true to size for me. After reading the other review, I ordered 1/2 size up and had to exchange for my true size. Thank goodness for Zappos' easy return policy!
