The color and style of this shoe is outstanding. Quality is great. And I feel like I'm wearing flats! I bought them for a business conference; I'll be on my feet most of the day. These will be perfect.

Absolutely classic, true kitten heel. I ordered my Mom's normal size 8.5, and it fits well. Well made, quality leather, comfortable slightly padded insole. Overall, a great shoe!

Incredibly comfortable shoes! I do a lot of walking between meetings and stand while presenting. These shoes look fabulous, feel so nice on the inside and are the perfect height. My only negative is there is a small amount of rough stitching on the inside of the left shoe I received. Not enough to even think about returning them, but enough to be slightly irritating after a long day. All-in-all, a wonderful pair of shoes!

This is a beautiful shoe, but it runs small and does not fit.

I grabbed these on a whim (in navy, which is a beautiful rich dark blue leather) and was surprised to find they were my favorite of all the shoes I had ordered. The styling is beautiful, the little gold detail on the back is exciting rather than obnoxious, the toe is pointy but not too point, and the heel is small enough that I can wear it all day as a teacher. I do have a narrow fit and it fit me well, though I'm not sure if that's because the shoe runs narrow or I'm just used to the fit of my foot in a medium width shoe.

These shoes are great! Comfortable with a non slip sole that's not obvious, and the gold embellishment makes them more interesting. True to size and not too high for any purpose. You can't beat Zappos for the best products and service on the internet!

These shoes are so comfortable! Fit true to size. I liked them so much I bought a pair in nude. The heel is small which is great if you have foot problems like I do.

These shoes are beautiful and I wish I could keep them but the fit is just not right. I bought 1/2 size larger after reading reviews but now the heel slips.

These are beautiful shoes and would be perfect for a business wardrobe or dress occasion as an alternative to high heels. They seem to run true to size. Nice soft cushioned footbed and traction on bottom of shoe. Sadly I had to return them due to my over pronation issues - guess it's orthopedic shoes for me. Nonetheless I think these are a great buy for those without my issues.

I don't wear heels very often. Looking for a pair of pumps for my son's wedding. These look to be very versatile. The color in my opinion is a great neutral and will go with almost anything. I have already worn them with jeans. They are pretty comfortable, even though I am not used to wearing heels. I would recommend them.

Wanted comfortable, stylish shoes for work. These fit the bill. The gold accent on the heel sets these apart from other black pumps.

These shoes are gorgeous and comfortable! The first day after purchase I wore them for a very long 10 hour day at work and my feet did not hurt until the end (and really, I hurt all over at that point!). The leather is good quality and I actually like the little metal bit at the back. I normally prefer classic and simple, but it adds a bit of interest.

These were a heartbreaker because they were almost perfect. This is such a classy elegant shoe with nice leather quality. The toe box is just a little too shallow and narrows too quickly so you end up with a bit of a pinch and toe cleavage even in the right size. These were the most comfortable CK shoes I tried in terms of insole cushion. The nail in the coffin was a weird compression-related squeak that happened in both heels with every step. In a silent room it would be just noticeable enough to attract attention.

Love the color and the kitten heel. They fit well but I’m still getting used to being back in pumps after 3 years of sneakers and round toe shoes. Will definitely get an additional color!
