This is a perfect classic shoe! Fit true to size, great for narrow feet. If you loved the Nine West Rocha, this is the shoe for you, it's basically the Rocha.2. I bought a ton of NW Rochas then they stopped making them - I was upset but then they came out with this shoe which is extremely similar to the Rocha except with a slightly more almond-shaped toe. Same cute platform. I have bought several of these shoes too. They have a little cushioning in the sole, so they are really comfy. If you want a classic work shoe, you can't beat going with this one - especially for the price point.

I am between 10 and 11 and have a wide-ish foot. These are decently comfortable especially since they are the tallest heels I own. If they came in a wide I could probably wear them all day for work, and I am on my feet a lot. For days in the office they are perfect.

I have been looking for a new black pump for a while. I was unsatisfied with the fit of a pair of Franco Sartos I purchased back in 2011. (Don’t get me wrong, Sartos are well made they just seem to jam my toes up after a few years) These Nine West fit great and feel very solid. My toes don’t feel jammed up. I will warn you that at first, it feels like they won’t fit as you put your toes in, but that’s because the shoe kind of hugs your foot with it’s higher sides. Once on, and standing, they are fine. They are classic and will be my go to shoe for any matching black dress.

Love, love, love everything about this shoe my only complaint is that it doesn't come in more colors

First of all I need a wider toe box but with wide shoes my heel slips out. My shoe guy stretched the toe box now I have a pair of awesome looking heels that FIT.

Love these shoes. They're sexy in a slightly retro kind of way. Fit is perfect. Leather is a little stiff, so I wouldn't give a 5 for comfort.

This is probably one of the most comfortable pair of high heels I’ve ever owned. Wore them dancing ALL night without any problems! (Broke them in with socks ahead of time)

I typically wear a size 8 in most brands, but I always skew to an 8.5 in Nine West shoes. These are beautifully basic, elegant and comfortable. I did have to purchase heel grips, but that's pretty much the norm for heels this high for me.

These are exactly what I was looking for. They fit well and are good quality. I'll definitely buy them in other colors.

I needed some closed toe work type shoes in a hurry and these were perfect. I have big wide feet and had no problem with the size. I wore them 8 hours straight with no issues.

These are my go to shoes. I have always had great luck with the fit and comfort of Nine West shoes. I can wear these everyday for work and not have sore feet at the end of the day. I do a lot of standing and moving around at my job and these are perfect.

Love these shoes. I walk quite a bit at work and could walk in these all day. I have multiple pairs. A great pair of versatile heels at a good price.

These are a great color. Most tan shoes have a tint of yellow in them. These had a tint of pink. They are fairly comfortable but after a few hours I had to switch into something else. They are pretty close to 'true to size'. They maybe run a tad small. I typically wear a 7 and I thought about ordering a 7 1/2 after trying on but decided not too. Maybe if I had done a 7 1/2 I could have worn them longer but they also may have been too big. If you flip flop between sizes, I'd order both and send on back!

This is my second pair of these shoes - they used to be called Rocha. They are perfect for work and thanks to the stacked toe bed I can walk in them all day. The fit is perfect. They are sexy while still being functional and super comfy.

I love 9W. Love this heel. I have a wide foot and go up a size, but overall love this heel. Getting another pair. Maybe two.

I am a solid 6.5. I can go into a store and never try on a shoe, take it home and 99% of the time it is perfect. This shoe was just ever so slightly too big. I think maybe since I've always worn a heeled shoe with some type of "strap", I was unfamiliar with selecting an actual pump style properly. It immediately (first step)"clomped" on my foot. As mentioned before, this could've been operator error, not knowing how to wear a true pump. In retrospect, a 6.0 might've eliminated the clomp, but it might've been too pinchy too. Something to think about. Love the shoe in spite of my poor planning...they are super hot. And sexy. ;)

They are very comfortable and look good! For me they were half a size too big; I normally wear a size 7, but had to exchange for 6½. They area good buy for the price!

These are adorable shoes. Thru run true to size. Maybe even half a size small. They absolutely do not run large!

Love these shoes but the first time the reviews for me weren't correct. I ordered half size lower and they were so painful tight and small. I have a small narrow foot but ouch. I sent them back and got my normal size and they are perfect Comfy and looks great.

The Nine West Rocha was my favorite and it is gone. The Kristal is an awesome replacement! It runs just a little bit big, but a perfect pump that always gets compliments!

Great shoes especially for the price. I am very happy with my purchase :)
