I have been a Nine West fan for years and thaks to the reasonable prices I own way more pairs than I should for work and for fun! I love the overall style and appearance of these pumps- unfortunately they were at least half a size too big, even with inserts they slipped so I had to return them

Beautiful shoes but narrow, I have wide feet but I keep it anyway because it is very difficult for me to fine a nice shoes.

Give it a chance. If it feels a little snug, walk around in your house for a while because they stretch a little. I love this shoe. I don't usually wear heels unless my plantar's fascitis is bothering me. This shoe makes that pain go away believe it or not. They are surprisingly comfortable for such a tall shoe. High recommend, especially if you normally wear heels.

I used to wear Nine West years ago but they stretched out quickly. Gave these a try because I love the heel height. Shoe is made well & the platform makes it comfortable. I wear 4-5 inch heels daily for 10 hrs & while they are comfy they are almost too narrow at the top of the toe box. I'll give them a couple more wears to see if they stretch a little. Otherwise nice looking for corporate business world.

I owned a pair of NW ROCHA Black Nine West shoes and they were the best. I scrapped the heal and came back to zappos wanting to order the same pair. Well, they don't have it, so I ordered these Kristal shoes, which are not the same because it has less toe room, so not as comfortable as my Rocha shoes. I wish Nine West would keep to what works and people love. This does have a higher heal than the Rocha, but that is not the problem. It's all about comfort. I'm keeping these, because I love the platform look and feel, but I'm not 100% happy.

These shoes are comfortable and true to size. The back near your ankle bone is a little stiff but by the third time wearing them they softened up. Do not mistake them for being glossy. The leather is matte.

I really wanted these shoes to work because I love the platform and the silhouette of the shoe. I ordered in a size 6, which was way too tight on my left foot...my toes were smashed up on each other. Then, I ordered a 6.5, which fit my left foot fine, but fell off of my right foot. I have an average, medium foot, so perhaps if your foot is narrow, or you don't care about bunions, then this will work.

Shoe fit is super tight. Runs narrow in the toe area.

So undecided on these shoes! I wanted this heel height so that is not the problem, these have good support, especially with the platform. But they are VERY SNUG in the front. I'm afraid to wear them then I can't return. I'm going to try the ol' "socks around the house" trick to see if I can stretch them out....I do hate to return them. They are classic, closet-staple black heel shoes.

I wanted to love these shoes! Looking for a replacement of my solid go-to nude patent pumps... these were just a little too tall for all-day wear.

I am a size seven in every pair of shoes I own, including two other pairs of Nine West heels, and these were at least a half size too big.There was a sizable gap between my heel and the back of the shoe. The toe box was way too narrow (my feet are slightly wide) and the upper vamp cut into the top and sides of my feet. These went back.

I love these shoes, I buy Nine West shoes all the time and can trust that the size 5 will fit me perfectly. I was very disappointed that this size 5 was half a size too big.

Beautiful shoe! I purchased my normal size (8.5) in Nine West but this flops off my heel.

Beautiful shoe; however, the toe box is far to narrow. Cannot even get my foot in and I am always a 5 1/2 in nine west.

I only wear Nine West pumps and flats for dress shoes, so I'm very familiar with the brand, and a big devotee of the brand. That said, these shoes were NOT worth the price tag. The visible platform isn't an issue for me, however, in this case, it was very cheap looking. It looked as though the platform was separating from the shoe (this is before I ever even put them on) and they looked very cheaply made. I understand that these shoes are under $100, but the quality on Nine West shoes is usually much better. In addition, the "Natural Leather" color is horrible. It is not a regular looking nude shoe--the color is more orange/peachy. It is really unattractive.

Disappointed. I always wear a 7.5 in Nine West and every other brand for that matter, and these were too big. I had to scrunch my toes to walk in them. Going back.

I loved the style and the color was perfect, but my heel kept slipping. A size smaller would be too small. The overall fit was good and I could probably doctor them up with heel pads, but I sent them back. And Zappos was amazing as always.
