I already have tall hunters but I wanted an ankle boot for the summer and didn’t want to spend the money for the Hunters. I should have paid more attention to the reviews- these boots are stylish but they rubbed against my ankle. I barely wore them and got a sore on my ankle. They’re also really difficult to get off. So I’m returning them and going for the Hunters. And of course with Zappos fabulous customer service the exchange was easy

A little disappointed... I bought these because I loved the style (and they looked amazing when they arrived style-wise) but I didn't realize they were meant to be rain boots. When the description says "perfect for those rainy days" I thought it meant they were just waterproof. The pictures of the matte ones don't really make it look like it, but they are 100% plastic/rubber, not faux leather (or a leather like material) like I had expected. If you go on the Sam Edelman website, they are advertised as rainboots - the description or title of this product should really be updated. That said, they are great boots (comfortable and stylish). I just wanted to put out a warning so people know what to expect.

My daughter wears a 9.5 and the 10 was very tight on her. Thinking about ordering an 11, but may just go with a shoe that is sized right.

I wanted to like these, but they are not comfortable. They are pretty tight fitting through the top of my foot.

Uncomfortable and almost no traction.

These leak. Returned.

HORRIBLY STIFF, bruised my feet, painful to walk in, will have to return them.

Totally too small!

Sadly I had to return these. Something inside the boots rubbed my calf unpleasantly. I couldn't even stand to keep them on my feet long enough to decide if I really liked them. They were way too uncomfortable. I'm sad because I love the color and wanted to keep them. But they had to be returned.

Unfortunately was very disappointed in the fit. Although the boot looks really nice they are very narrow and fit extremely snug. I am a true size 5. These run very small

Very cute, and love that they're waterproof. However, the material is *excessively* stiff and rubbed across the arches so badly that I could hardly wear them. Also, they're tight against the big toe, so with the stiffness they become quite difficult to wear.

VERY narrow shoe. Could barely put my foot in and it was very tight. This shoe is not for you if have wide fee

This is a beautiful rain boot! But I have wide feet, and these shoe is narrow:( I ordered a 9W but it fit as a 9M

These are beautiful but way too hard to get into.

I purchased the navy blue boot. It had an odor that was not pleasant. I left them out of the box to try and see if the odor would go away, but it did not. The upper on these waterproof boots was described as man made, so I think that it was some kind of chemical odor. I was needing a waterproof boot for an upcoming trip, but feared the smell would contaminate everything in my suitcase if I kept these boots. I returned them.

The wide isn't wide. It's really quite narrow. I bought Hunters in the same shipment and their regular (only) width is much wider than this wide.

I wear a 6 1/2 W and ordered a 7 W, I could barely put my foot in them. Unfortunately these boots are not for wide feet. Disappointing bc I really need some wide rain boots.

I had ordered a 6W based on the reviews I have read. However upon receiving the boots the box had stated 6W but apparently the shoes did not belong in the correct box. Very disappointed because I had to return it and decided not to go for an exchange. However I will say that the customer rep was very apologetic and arranged for my package to be picked instead of me taking it to the UPS store directly.

Unfortunately, I am returning this boots. Ordered W, however, it is extremely narrow.

The image makes the shoe look much nicer than it is which is one whole piece of plastic with molded in seams.It's basically a rubber rain boot and not passable as vegan pleather.

This boot is very narrow. I even bought the W and it was too narrow.
