It is hard for me to find shoes in size 12 that are pretty, colorful, and feminine. But these fit that description to a T! But the bonuses are a great fit and well made durability. New Balance keep up the good work!

This was my first time ordering with Zappos.com. I have wide feet, and finding shoes in the stores near my small town was especially difficult. It took a couple of tries, but with the help of the service rep we found these shoes, and I couldn't be happier. The extra wide fit was exactly what I needed. My feet feel so much better walking in these shoes! I have had pretty good luck with New Balance before, and getting the correct width has been a bonus. During the process of finding the shoes, the service wouldn't have been better. The one return I had to do was easy, and the new shoes were back to me in 3 days. I'm hooked!!

I love my new shoes! They are very comfortable, perfect fit and just as pictured! I ordered on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday, now that is fast!

2nd year of buying Zappos, when I couldn't find the New Balance that I was looking for a freind suggested Zappos. I know I need one with a heel that slants slightly forward and a good toe box for the best fit and Zappos allows for views to choose from so I am again pleased with my order because of great fit.

These shoes are very true to size and width. I have worn them for over 10 hours and remained comfortable. I am completely satisfied. I am always satisfied with my service with Zappos. Good selection.

The shoe was too wide. I ordered it this way but it was way too big. Also, my toes in the left foot were too tight at the front of the shoe box. Very disappointed. The style was good, the arch support was excellent, and it was fine except for the left toes. The width was big but I still liked the shoe. Unfortunately, I’ll will be returning these shoes.

The toe box was much too small for me. With extra wide as the size I expected more room there. Otherwise the shoe was what I was looking for.

The toe box was to narrow.

I should have ordered wide in the leather. Medium is okay in the 'mesh' material.

They look exactly the same as the those that I bought some years ago, however the padding is skimpy

These shoes were roomy with good toe box width. Not very cushioned though. I'm not too fussy about my walking shoes. All I need is a good sole to keep me steady and leather to keep my feet warm in the winter.

My toe hits the top of the show so I have to return them. They feel smaller than the size 9 wide I normally wear.

The toe area is roomy. It’s not the most comfortable shoe, very firm and supportive.
