Very good fit. Excellent style and feel!

I have ordered these shoes often and have found that they are true to size and very comfortable. One of the biggest reasons I order this shoe is because the heel wears evenly. This is a must for me as a phys. ed. teacher and basketball coach.

Wish they came in 6 1/2 4E. We had no choice but to purchase 7 4s which are a bit large for my dad.

Zappos delivers on the promise. I had ordered these same shoes and same size from several other websites! I had to return them, on my dime, as they were too small. Finally from zappos, I got the correct size! Both sites stated that they were Dr. Scholls shoes with Velcro size 13 wide. I guess with Zappos you get what you pay for. It was a little more but worth it!

I ordered wrong size but Zappos sent me return label after I confessed. Very helpful. Sent replacement a/o and proper size feels good. Due to my high arch and short length, I need the heel supports which will go in under the lining starting with tomorrow. Should be fine.

I got exactly what I wanted - well-made cross-trainers that fit perfectly, look great and take a hard workout in stride. I hate shopping for shoes at places that just know brands and not use, quality or fit. Found these on Zappos in about 5 minutes, ordered them in about 5 minutes, and had them a couple of days later. Zappos delivers again!

I had a pair just like these so I knew they would fit just right. The old are starting to look bad.

It was perfect. I already owned the same pair of shoes, but they had gotten old and needed to be replaced. I went to Shoe Carnival first. They have hundreds of pairs of shoes and a lot of New Balance shoes, but they didn't have the pair in the size I ordered online.

It was recommended to buy a half size bigger. Usually I buy a size 12 and the shoe will be slightly bigger but comfortable. I bought these in a size 12 and they fit perfect. Great quality shoe, great price, shipped super fast. Love Zappos glad I found this company.

If you have foot problems these New Balance shoes fit and support your feet very well. No fancy colors or style but they sure do feel really good.
