Upon first trying these shoes on, they felt too tight, and too narrow. BUT, after wearing them a few times, they loosened up and I can tell they are going to develop into a very comfortable shoe with a few more wearings. These shoes appear to be very well made, and have a nice, quality feel to them. They look very sharp too; great with khaki pants, or jeans. The only negative I could find, is very minor: until you wear them a few times, and get a bit of a scuff on the soles, the bottom of the shoes will be very, very slick. I work on the 2nd floor of an office, and coming down the carpeted stairs nearly slipped a few times because they are so slick. But after a few days wearing them, the soles got a bit scuffed and that scuff added some texture which means they aren't so slick anymore. Overall: great shoes, very happy with them.

I'm a woman who has an androgynous style - plus big/wide feet! So finding shoes is always a journey (not femme but not too butch is where I like to play). I think these are awesome - paired with jeans especially. But you can dress them up or dress them down. Also - I'm always worried about comfort out-the-box, but these are phenomenally comfy! First time I wore them was for an all-day conference - no pain whatsoever. Brilliant! TIPS/CAVEATS: 1/ I'm a steady size 11W in womens shoes and about a 9.5M or W in mens - I had to size down AN ENTIRE SIZE to 8.5W to get the right fit (ordered 4 different sizes!). So, they run quite big. 2/ Get some anti-skid pads for the soles (unless you're into sliding around).

The moment I put them on they felt great. Very comfortable to wear all day. I highly recommend them. I also would to add the service personnel from Zappos are outstanding!!

This was a really great shoe for the price. The shoes are very stylish in person and I've gotten a number of compliments regarding them. I was skeptical of the gel insert but I find that it's very comfortable to stand for long periods versus other dress shoes. The only (minor) negative would we that the sole is very thick and smooth, which takes some getting used to.

These shoes look even better than the pictures. Very comfortable right out of the box.

The gel support is wonderful and the shoes are extremely stylish.
