There is a small scratch on the buttom of the bag :(

This is the most money I have ever spent on a purse, EVER. I was so excited to receive it and start using it. However, when I opened the package I immediately noticed how poor quality it was. The piping around the stitching on the handles was missing in parts and coming off in others. There was make-up (?) smeared on the sides along with pen marks. I have never purchased anything through Kate Spade online before and I don't think I will be again. It is absolutely ridiculous to have such expensive purses/bags to not go through quality assurance before being shipped out. I sure hope this is not the "norm" for online purchases, but I want others to be aware.

This purse may be eye catching but Kate Spades ability to withstand wear is no match for its looks. I have not had his purse for a month and it is already damaged beyond reason. If you ever plan to wear your favorite pair of jeans again do not combine them with a purse from here. The material and quality of the purse is far from expected. After shuffling through several different pairs I noticed that the dye was rubbing off on the purse regardless of which pair I threw on. Keep in mind I have never had this problem with any other purses that I have. Starting with Michael kors bags and ending with a white Louis bag. Would not recommend for an everyday casual purse.

I purchased the emerald green cameron street candace satchel. It is blatantly not emerald green, nor does it match the color pictured on the website. The Color was my main push to purchase this product, so I am returning it because the name nor the color pictured matches the product I received.

I am so disappointed in my satchel I just received! I ordered the neutral and it is no where near the color shown in the picture. It's more closer to lavender/light dirty purple.

I was super excited for the purse, but when it came I was very disappointed. The denim is more like a dark black color, and it completely changes the look of the bag. I was hoping for a truer denim looking bag.

The second this purse touches anything it looks old and worn. The leather looks so bad after only having it two days the white rubs off so unbelievably easily.. So disappointed.
