I will probably start liking this once I use it. Wondering if I should've just bought a Michael Kors handbag of similar style and size. I love the dual color tone and is just the right size for a 5'1" lady like me.

The purse it beautiful but I was hoping the leather was going to be soft instead it is very hard and rigid.

Purchased this as a work bag. Nice color combo, easily fits files and personal belongings with space to spare. The leather is very stiff, like cardboard, and the handles don't fold down. the inside zipper pocket is difficult to access, due to the stiffness of the bag. Hoping it will loosen a little with time and usage. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, but only because I paid sale price.

The product was amazing and well built but I was disappointed by the color. I looked at the item on several computer/iPhone screens and they all looked tan/beige but when I received the product it looked almost purple

While it's a beautiful bag, it isn't the color I was expecting. I bought it on sale, so I can't return. I do find the bag to be beautifully made, I just don't love the color.

By the name and the photo you are led to believe this purse is white. It's not! It's between a pale lilac and a pale tan. Not too pleased.

Purse is beautiful however the offshore is a dark navy and not black. Was really disappointed color was not described. Purchased as a gift and its non returnable

I love the look of this bag and I feel like it will definitely hold up over time, but even empty it is a very heavy bag. I wanted it for daily use, but that isn't possible consider the weight.

I was really surprised this bag had such good reviews after receiving it. The color is absolutely beautiful in mahogany, but it's so stiff it's almost uncomfortable to carry it. I wish they made this color in softer pebble leather.

I got the putty/black color. Looked beautiful online, been waiting excitedly to get it while it keeps going out of stock. Finally got it and its bigger than I thought. Online says it measures 10.7'' wide but I measured it as more than 12''. As a petite girl at 5'2, the bag looks humongous on me. It's as wide as myself! It can certainly hold quite a lot, no doubt, especially when I carry my life with me to work and all. But I wanted to downsize and lighten my load. It is also quite heavy by itself-on the fence about that. Otherwise, it's gorgeous, love the leather texture and the inner lining. Would be nice if there was a "thinner" version.

Disappointed in color and color description in the listing

The purse is pretty but it is too stiff for my liking. The opening doesn't open very wide and so the zipper scrapes the skin on my hands.

This was a great purse and looove the size but was extremely disappointed when I opened the box to see the color. It was not the color that seemed to be in the pictures online. I immediately sent it back and since then have been searching tirelessly for a more neutral tan combination. This was more of a purple and that is not my personal color choice.

I bought the green one, the color is not the same as picture. The real one really dark.

I love the leather and structure of the purse, with the outside slide pocket, inside zipper pocket, and cute stripped lining. However, the purse looks light blue on the picture, but it is purple...seriously purple. I was disappointed the color was not what was pictured.

I initially bought this bag (in the blue and white) in April, and I had to replace it in July after the piping around the handle started coming off. Now it's November, and it's happening again. I'm not sure why this keeps happening, but I am very disappointed in the quality. It's very surprising, considering how well my KS wallet has held up to very frequent use.

Not satisfied. Though this satchel is very lovely, I've only owned it for three months and the piping around the handle is coming off. This is the second Kate Spade that I've had that has done this! I am not able to buy many expensive handbags so I am very careful to handle them with love and care. It is with great disappointment to have to return it. Also, the strap is quick to click off when I pick it up. Very frustrating.

I went to a lot of trouble to purchase this bag believing it was BLUE denim. But it is BLACK denim. If that is the colour you want, great. If not, very frustrating.

The bag is indeed beautiful; but the dimensions mentioned here are totally off. The bag is way bigger in the width, at almost 13" instead of 10.7". Because a previous reviewer had mentioned about the same, I called the customer service to reassure about the correct dimensions as i'm a very petite person and didn't want the bag to look huge on my frame. Even the customer service rep gave me wrong info on the bag saying whatever is mentioned online is correct and that she measured it herself; hence I went ahead and placed the order. To my despair, that wasn't true and now i'm ending up returning the bag :( ..what a bummer!!!

I wish I could say I love this bag, but it just looks like its made out of plastic. I'm returning it.

Just received last week. The straw is very fragile. My first KS bag - I expected so much more! The bag arrived creased through the center, which I have not been able to correct. A huge, expensive disappointment.

Handle straps do not fold down to sides for a better fit in the crossbody option

Purse cane damaged with dent in front of purse , very visible . Unable to exchange as it was a clearance item.

The purse I purchased was actually 3 colours and 2 as pictured. Only one image of the purse was available when purchasing online. When the purse arrived I could see that it was white and black with pink on the sides. Being a sale item; returning it is not an option. I have not used the purse or removed the tags. :( If the website had been working I would have known and not purchased this item.

This bag is a pain to your shoulders (very heavy) and awkwardly sized. The leather is very stiff and the shoulder strap is very uncomfortable as it is too thin for a bag of this size. For a bag that looks big, it sure doesn't fit a lot of stuff. Pretty disappointed in Kate Spade.
