Cute shoe, but narrow size is not a narrow heel.

I actually bought these on another website but found myself looking at them here again because I wanted so badly for these shoes to fit. They are very comfortable and a great style for not dressy but not sloppy. But they are just too wide. I do have narrow feet and usually get away with regular shoes (medium or B), but reading the review I went ahead and got these in actual Narrow. They were still to wide. I almost got them despite the width but thought otherwise. Instead I keep finding them on my search wishing they fit bitter.

I had to return these shoes. The toe bed is cut in a round, very odd way, and rubs against the big toes. It is a cute shoe, but not comfortable. I am a librarian, and was hoping these would do the trick for Fall 2016. Zappos is great with free returns.

I like the style of the shoe. I have a narrow heel,and my foot slip's out even with a heel liner. The toe of the shoes is shiny, but the rest of the shoes in not. This shoe is not going to work for me. Must return.

I ordered the 9AA. They are very nice and attractive, but they are narrow in the toes and loose in the heel. Unfortunately, I don't think they will stay on my foot.

Reviewers noted this shoe ran small but it was very loose in the heel. My mom normally wears a size 8 Naturalizer but it was too loose.

Very disappointed. Pain in picky toes! I was very excited to find 9 1/2. Size 10 are always too big. I had high hopes and decided to spend big money. Way too much pain to keep.

The shoe's inner sole is hard on sensitive feet. I switched the original sole with a Scholl's gel sole and it's better now. The leather upper is poor quality. I would have returned it if I hadn't inadvertently walked in mud.

I wanted to love this shoe, but I can't. The velcro strap is not strong enough to hold tight while a person walks in the shoe. Without the strap, the shoe is too large and becomes a flip flop. I don't recommend this shoe to anyone. The materials are flawed.

These shoes are the perfect style with pants for casual or work, however, the back of the shoe is so big they don't want to stay on my foot. At first they felt good, but I wore them to work and by the end of the day I had to scuffle my feet just to keep them from falling off. I hate that I wore them outside because now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I can't wear. Waste of money.

No wonder why Naturalizer has closed all of their retail stores. Their outlet stores remain open and now I know why. Naturalizer's quality has gone down the toilet. Their new shoes are cheaply made garbage and need to be resold at Payless. I ordered 1/2 size larger, and after receiving my new pair and comparing them to my older Naturalizer's. I am sending these back and will NOT be purchasing any more Naturalizer CHEEPLY made shoes. Sorry.... and "Yes, I am disappointed as Naturalizer has always been a favorite." At this point, I would rather go barefoot!
