I absolutely love the comfort of these shoes!! But...the craftsmanship is seriously lacking. The first pair I ordered lost one of the metal buttons on the side the second time I wore them. Zappos was awesome (as usual) and replaced the shoes. But after having worn them just a few times, they were so scuffed and discolored that they were not nice enough to wear to work anymore. But they are still one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever worn and I wear them out grocery shopping and running errands. But if you are looking for shoes to wear out when your appearance counts, these are not the shoes for you.

This shoe looks and feels great. I first ordered a wide width that I sometimes need for a high arch, but had to return for a B because it runs wide. The shoes are very stable when walking on the uneven surfaces and are quite comfortable all day at work. I bought an extra pair for my closet so I have a fall back when these are no longer available.

Very cute shoe. Tried both 9.5 and 9 narrow and both were to wide so unfortunately I had to return them.

Loved the style and they were true to size in length, but the heel was shallow and my foot kept slipping out. Hated to see them go back, but happy that Zappo's has such a wonderful return policy!!

Looks sharp and feels great. Wiggle room in the toe box area. I highly recommend this shoe.

Good-fitting, comfortable shoes. Having a narrow foot, slip-ons can be a problem. These fit great, and the adjustable strap really helps the fit.

Love the shoes but both slip off my heals....

Love, love, love so far! Just received today and am wearing them around the house. Seems I can wear them with thin socks or without socks. I wear size 7 or 7 1/2, depending on the brand. I chose size 7 based on other reviews and they fit perfectly. Also, although my feet aren't very wide by themselves, I do have bunions, which these shoes accommodate just fine :)

This shoe is lite weight and is made of a soft leather, I wear them to work and find them very comfortable.

I like these a lot with jeans and with business casual. Very comfortable. They run close to size but if you're in between, order the smaller size.

I bought this shoe to wear in messy weather when I still wanted to look nice and I also needed something that I could slip on and off easily when arriving at the home of friends. Because it comes up over the heel (instead of a slip-on) and up over the arch, it provides the protection from rain/light snow I was looking for. The shoe fits well and can either be removed using the velcro strap or by slipping my foot out. The velcro is not obvious which I'm grateful for since I'm in my 50's and don't want to look too matronly yet. I bought narrow and I'm glad I did. Sometimes I settle for medium but the narrow is a better fit. It slips slightly on my heel but heavier socks help. It is very comfortable and good quality. I am quite pleased with the shoe.

Nice looking casual shoe, feels soft and comfortable. Feels slightly big, maybe a half size bigger than marked, but that's better than too small in my opinion.

I purchased these shoes for my mother who has lost all feeling in her feet due to her chemo treatments. She wears a narrow shoe, so size and comfort along with style choices, are always an issue. These shoes are perfect in every way and Zappos' service/delivery/ease of ordering was impeccable. Thank you!!

Would LOVE this shoe if it was available in my size. I have extremely wide, short foot and this seemed to be perfect. LOTS of toe box room (too much at size 6 for me). Heel was slipping off. Unfortunately, I can't get the size I think would work for me. Too bad, I think I would LOVE them!

Didn't fit well - too long. Slipped at heel. Also had a sag toward front of foot. Would like to find Propet Mary Jane brown in 7WW.

Love these shoes! They look great and are very comfortable. No time to break in, just fit good at the start.

Shoe looked as expected, leather was not too stiff, and felt comfy straight out of the box. I have narrow feet, ordered a narrow (and am usually happy with Naturalizer's fit), but the heel slips as though it were not a narrow fit. I am disappointed. I was looking forward to a comfy walking around shoe, and think these would have done great if it hadn't been for slipping out of the heel. I will be returning them.

Like most Naturalizers, these were comfy right out of the box - I took them on a trip and used them to walk around for a few days with no problems. I marked them true to width because they were a bit loose, but not enough that I think they're off in width, plus the strap has Velcro, so you can adjust them to some extent. The style downgrade is because I think they photograph sleeker(?), dressier(?), or more something, than they are. To my eye, they are very casual - running errands, shopping - not with nice slacks.

These shoes were extremely wide. They said AA but there is no way that they were narrow. They are but beautiful good quality shoes.

I have several pair of N5 Comforts in size 6M, and these shoes in 6M are about half a size too short. I will be returning them for a 6½M, and hopefully they will work. While these are comfortable shoes, it seems as if the overall workmanship of the shoe has changed and not for the better. This shoe also have a Velcro closure, which I hate. It makes me feel like an old lady or small child. I would rather it have elastic, and buckle or some similar closure. Velcro is tacky!
