Shoes are nice, fit is good. Color is very gold or bronze. I was looking for a pewter colored shoe.

This shoe was a little short in the toe box, but felt good for standing all day. Nice insole and arch support. The color is a little lighter than pictured; I would not call it "java" which implies a darker, "coffee" color. All in all, a good shoe dressed up or down that will wear long and well.

I wear a narrow width and I loved these flats! However, the left shoe was noticeably wider and the right shoe fit fine! So, I'm returning for the same shoe in a 7 Narrow, which is the size I ordered, hoping left shoe will be like the right!

This is a good looking, well made shoe that I wanted so badly to be able to wear. The leather looks expensive. The style is feminine and flattering to the foot. The taper of the toe box does not allow for the width I need in an 8W. I have never worn a WW but would definitely need it in this shoe. I am having a hard time finding shoes and can’t thank Zappos enough for making both the purchase and returns so easy. They are really a great company!

Fit was good. I usually wear a W, and the WW fit great. Returning because I don't care for the textured leather.

Great looking and comfortable shoe. But, not really narrow. I got 7N. It would fit someone who has a slightly narrower foot than a M, but not narrow enough for a N size.I walked out of them at the heel. Sorry to have to return both the navy and the brown.

I ordered my usual size but the shoe runs narrow and tight. This shoe has very nice support. The navy blue is almost black so you might as well wear black shoes.

I have, apparently, very oddly shaped feet. After about five tries this summer, I FINALLY found a pair of shoes that fit just perfectly (I've been a 4.5 for years but the 6W from Naturalizer was just right). So when I needed a new pair of flats, I ordered the exact same size from Naturalizer. They were fully 1 inch too long. I walked right out of them. I honestly don't know if this particular style runs large or if Naturalizer's sizes are really just that inconsistent but it's back to the drawing board for me!

Cute, but leather pattern was different between the two shoes where the crossover was. Also leather does not feel flexible and pulls on the heels.

I ordered these flats to go with several navy pants that I have. The fit seems true to size, they seem be very comfortable and l liked the style. The color is just way off, the navy has almost a greenish gray cast to it. Unfortunately, I am sending these back.

I tried these shoes on when I received them; they were snug but okay. I wore them to work and less than one hour later my heels were rubbed raw. The skin on the back of my heel rubbed off. Currently I'm wearing a bandage over the sore until it heals. I wish I could return these shoes. Now I'm fearful that another Naturalizer shoe I have will not fit either.

Runs large. I can always order Naturalizer 6.5 narrow and they fit. Not this time. Had to return. Cute shoe!!
