I originally ordered these in 9.5 (that's my usual size), but they felt snug and then a strap broke when I was removing them, so I sent them back. I just got the replacement in a size 10 and I am very pleased with the fit. My takeaway: great shoes, but order half a size up from your normal size. Super cute, though!

Ordered two pairs (black and the bordeaux) in 9.5 which is my usual size these days, and they are super-cute. They felt a little small - probably not a full half half-size small on me, but a little tight, and the toe box in particular wasn't quite wide enough. Maybe at 10 would have gotten the job done? Otherwise a nice fit, comfortable, well-constructed - everything I expect from Sofft, which has become my go-to. These just did not look that great on my feet. I'm bummed to have to return them, because they're truly lovely shoes, they just didn't fit me as well as the Madina. The bordeaux is a really lovely color and I struggled with the decision to return but I know I'll feel like my feet look a little fat (not unfair; my feet are a little fat and a mary jane can point that up significantly) and they just don't go with enough stuff in my work wardrobe to justify holding on to them. But a great shoe; highly recommend even if they weren't for me.

These shoes are very cute and nicely cushioned at the ball of the foot, but they seem to run small. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and have a narrow foot. I ordered the 8.5 and they’re quite tight. The length is good, so I’ll take them to my cobbler and have them stretched a bit.

This is a very cute shoe, but not as comfortable as my other Sofft shoes. The strap sits lower across my foot and is uncomfortable on my instep. I do have high arches and a high instep. My Sofft Natara sit above my instep and are way more comfortable because of it. I had to return them because I don't think I could wear them all day like I can my Natara's. They are very cute though if you have the right feet for them.

My true size is a 6w, but I really liked the look of this shoe so though it doesn't come in wide, I thought I'd at least give it a go. I ordered a 6.5 and I'm delighted to find it fits me well. There's good support for my very high arch and the sole is beautifully cushioned and soft. I haven't worn a heel this high in some time, but I think I'm keeping them because I doubt I'll find anything I like better. The Bordeaux color is a little browner than I was expecting, but it still has enough red in it to look good with black tights. They're really nice shoes.

I should have "listened" to those who said, order a half size larger, they were correct. Its a lovely shoe; feels well made, pretty comfortable for a heel, but the toe box is a wee bit narrow; the half size up helped with the toes fit but did not make the shoe too big- there was no sliding in the heel. Do recommend wearing tights/hose or very thin socks as well with these..

Those run small in length. I usually wear 8 or 8.5 depending of a style and ordered those in 8.5 M, but they actually feel like a 7.5. They can fit on my feet but not in comfortable way. Also, heel is NOT 3", it is 3.5 " !!! Needless to say, they are going back. Otherwise very soft leather, cute style and beautiful color. I doubt though that they would be able to survive any rain.

Fit was a bit tight in the toe box, but I think the leather may have stretched over time if I would have given it the chance. The style looked great and the quality of the shoe was very nice. I really liked the brown color and details.

This shoe is so cute and comfortable but it runs 1/2 smaller and they don't have them in 10 1/2. My toes felt too squished.

love this shoe, but it was too small. I'm a 7.5, somewhere between a B and a W. Tried to go a half size larger but they are sold out of the cork brown color. I have this shoe in gray, it is a bit on the high side for work and dancing but I do both anyway because the shoe is so darn pretty. very stable

Recommend ordering 1/2 to a full size up for this brand, because the toe box on Sofft shoes tends to run small. Buckle is partially metal, partially leather and not the easiest to fasten. Heel was too high for me, so sadly am returning.

i usually wear a 7.5; but the shoe felt tight; the tan looks great and the inside sole feels really comfortable. i am going to return them and order an 8.

I really wanted to like them, but the heel just felt too clunky. Comfortable and a good height, but the size of the heel made it feel a bit dowdy.

Love the shoes, they are very comfortable. They did run 1/2 size smaller. I was a disappointed in the closure for the buckle. The first time I wore them it broke off one shoe. I am not returning them, because I needed a new pair for work and already returned the first pair due to size, but for the money to have the cheap strap that holds the strap in place was disappointing.

I love the style, but my normal size 7 was too small. I can tell they would be comfortable if they were the right size, and they are crazy cute. I will likely order a half size up.

Overall this is a very stylish and mostly comfortable pair of shoes. The only problem I had was some irritation from the leather rubbing at the curve of the front edge. I was able to wear these for about 8 hours with intermittent light walking. Hopefully comfort level will improve with increase wear.

These shoes are cute and I would imagine they would be very comfortable for anyone with normal feet. I really, really wanted to keep them. However, I have a large bunion on one of my feet and it created a little too much pressure in the toe box. Other than that, I loved them. They have an old fashioned, but clean look and the amount of cushioning is amazing.

I really liked the look of the shoes but they put too much pressure on the ball of my foot. The cushion support in the video wasn’t enough to make them wearable.

Very comfortable! Slight slip on my narrow heels but that’s all my shoes, which is whyI like the strap.

I got these in the brown color but the heel is a different material and color than the shoe, and the left shoe was scuffed at the front and back.

I'm a flight attendant and finding a nice-looking and comfortable shoe is so hard. I don't know how many pair of black heels I have in my closet that have been worn for a 3 day trip and never again. My very favorite shoe recently (along with a lot of other f/a's that I know) were the Sofft Monique, which is no longer available in black leather. This is a close second, but I really wish they would bring the Monique back. This shoe looks nice and seems comfortable, maybe runs just a tiny bit small, but I think will be fine after wearing a few times. There is no platform and I think that makes it a bit less comfortable, especially on the ball of the foot, than the Monique, but it isn't bad. My other concern is the wrapped heel, I'm not sure how long that will stand up to wear and tear. Overall, it's a pretty shoe and mostly comfortable. I just miss the Monique and wish Sofft would bring that back in the black leather.

I ordered my shoes and recieved the next day. They fit perfectly! great support from the second I put them on.
