Cute boots but SO difficult to get on. Like, ski-boot difficult. Too bad--otherwise they were great. Returning.

These run *very* small. I usually wear a 9.5, ordered a 10 to be safe, and they are very tight across the toes. So, so cute!! The knit is very high quality and the look is exactly what I was wanted from other washable flat brands, but sadly have to return.

Blundstones are generally Australian Unisex sizing but the BL1448 is a Women's fit vs the others (BL566) which are Unisex. Therefore, the heel and toe widths are more proportionate to women's sizing. Just waiting for rain to wear them! Loved Zappos' very quick delivery (free/overnight) of the various sizes and fast return/refund turnaround. Customer service is professional and responsive.

These were a little larger than I would have liked or expected (I have narrow feet), but getting a 1/2 size down would have been too small. That being said, I can wear them with thick socks and my feet are then warm and dry in our soggy Pacific NW weather.

Great boots. The major difference between the women's and the unisex series is that the shaft of the boot is much longer in the women's boot. It ultimately was too tall for me.

These are beautiful, well-made boots. I tried and returned 7 other pairs before keeping these. However, they have some serious drawbacks, including being very difficult to get on and off. I use a long shoe horn to get them on, and a boot jack to remove them (as recommended by other reviewers). Also, the backs of my heels were rubbed raw the first time I wore them all day (yes, I had socks on). Now I wear band-aids to prevent rubbing. The biggest positive attribute for me is the roomy toe box. I have very fussy feet, and have trouble finding shoes that don't squish my toes. These boots also fit my orthotics, so they are comfortable once I get them on. I would rate the comfort higher if they didn't dig into my heels. I have worn them all day about a dozen times, and they haven't completely broken in. The best fit was a half-size bigger than my normal size. I think these would work best for people with skinny ankles and not-so-fussy feet.

These were far too big at size 7, but I normally take a 7 or 6.5. I had a very hard time getting them on and off and since I have high arches, they may have been the wrong shoe for me. Sadly, I had to return them.

The leather is very stiff, especially the part surrounding the opens. While the inside of the shoes are roomy, it’s almost impossible to get feet in and out of the shoes. They are going back!

They look great and well made. I am disappointed in the footbed, which is very flat and hard. The removable block sneer is very thin and insubstantial. I tried to add some better arch supports but they took up too much space. I am still thinking about them. Almost $200 is a lot to pay for shoes that just feel “OK.”

After rave reviews from friends and reading the positive feedback here and other sites, I bit the bullet and splurged on ordering a pair. Images of outfits and comfort danced in my head. Sadly, these aren't the shoes for my incredibly flat feet. I expected a lot more support in the arch for the price. I also don't care for the way they fit around my ankles too-a bit claustrophobic for me. I'm going to try a pair of lower doc martins or Naot's. I think I'm just a lace up boot kinda person.

I couldn't even slide these on. Maybe if I were still in my 20's to 30's.. . They look really nice and I wanted to like them. I kept a pair of Sorel Emelie™ III Zip WP in 8.5 instead - which the zipper helps with slipping them on with. I know I need to slim down 8-10 lbs sigh but wow these seemed tiny.

They weren't comfy. Too high. I finally settled on the 558 style, which I find to be very comfortable!

I wanted to love them but cannot imagine how long they would take to break in. I have slender ankles and getting these boots on and off was quite a chore. Normal size 8, ordered the 8.5 and they were too small. They also did not feel like there was a lot of support for a shoe that I would want to last a long while. The boots are pretty and obviously of high quality but ultimately returned them.

Nearly impossible to pull on, the leather felt really stiff and cut into my leg. I have another pair of these that are much more comfortable, maybe the higher boot isn't for me

I really wanted to love these. I like that they are a bit of a step up for the Originals. But there was absolutely no way I could get them on my feet! The entry is so narrow that I could not get my foot anywhere near into the boot. Bummer. I'm going to go with the originals, which were not a problem to get on.
