Great shoe! I own two pairs of Taos Crave, and now I also want to buy another.

Beautiful boots! Very upscale look in a deep rich caramelly color. If you’re on the fence about width, definitely scale up to wider. I tried these in both widths. Maybe it’s because of the thicker leather but they fit more snug across the ball of my feet than most wide fits.

Beautiful shoes - I admit that I have a hard to fit foot - high arch/instep, bunion, wider across the toe square foot, yet slim heel. When I purchased this shoe it did not come in half sizes, and the insoles are not hitting in the right place. The shoe feels a bit too big and wide in the wrong places. My feet just ache after a day in these shoes. I switched out the insoles for Powerstep inserts, which improved the issue a bit. Expensive solution. After a couple of years, the brown is wearing off the heels, otherwise the shoes still look great.

Love these boots! They look and feel great. The soles are a bit stiff, but I don't think that is a negative. Just FYI.

I purchased my regular size in a wide at first. There was no way it was a wide as it was quite narrow in the toe box. I went up a size, again in a wide width and the same thing. Perhaps it may stretch out with time and wear, but for this amount of money I need to have a good fit from the beginning and cannot take that chance. Back this one goes as well. I am so disappointed because I love everything else about the boot.

I have really wide feet. A Birkenstock regular/wide fits me perfectly. This wide was not wide enough. Cute boots though.

Really weird footbed shape that made it very uncomfortable to walk in these boots. There is a noticeable lift towards the outside of the foot - like arch support but on the wrong side of the foot. It made me feel like I was walking on the outsides of my feet instead of flat and hurt a little when walking around the house. Not sure what sort of foot shape these are meant to work for as I've never run into this issue with any other shoe. Returning.

Love the boots, color and style. They are a bit tight in the width. I have medium with feet and don't usually have a width problem, but they're leather and they should stretch out to become my fave.

I normally wear narrows but the medium width works well due to being able to tighten up the lacing on this boot. Excellent comfort right from first putting them on. I've been wanting a pair of red ankle boots that I could walk miles in and I think these are the ones to achieve that. Thank you Taos for combining comfort with fashion.

Love these boots. These are a darker red, so pretty. The footbed is quite hard and stiff, although they did loosen up a bit with wear.

This is my 6th pair of Crave boots and they never disappoint! I bought this red pair to wear to a Kansas City Chiefs game! They are very comfortable.

Super comfortable right out of the box. I have a job where I am required to stand 8-9 hours a day and these have been perfect for that. At first I was hesitant to buy these because the price seemed steep, but they seem like very good quality. Would definitely recommend!

Love my Craves. This is my third pair. They are so comfortable and I wanted a pair of black to go along with my gray and blue!

The top mid-toe was tight on my feet.

The boot is nice to look at. And the materials appear to be good quality. It felt overall tight on my foot and I found the sole felt very hard and stiff. It was as comfortable as I thought it would be from the online reviews

Love this crave boot for comfort and ease. However thought the caramel color was much lighter than what was pictured. I am looking for something a bit deeper hue so returned.

This boot is exceptionally comfortable but the color of the camel I received was a different color than in the photo. The boots I received were more of a yellow mustard tint instead of the camel hue I expected. So it went back.

I ordered 10W. Love the wide with for space for socks. Very comfy right out of the box.

These boots fit like a glove right out of the box. I love wearing them. I bought the Carmel color and they look great with denim. Another reviewer stated these boots were dangerous and she was absolutely right. You will want another pair. Don’t hesitate to buy.

I have lusted after these boots for years, so while searching for shoes for an upcoming trip, I decided I would try these on. I've tried regular width in a store before and they were way too tight, so I had hopes for the wide width. I'm usually a 10 but reviews stated these ran a little small, so I went with size 42, the largest they offer. NOPE. These were overly snug in the width and a smidge at the end of the toe. They're beautiful boots, but not wide width by any means, even with thin cotton socks. The toe box isn't wide enough for anyone with bunions IMO. Yes, it's true that leather will stretch over time, but anyone with painful bunions knows this is a really crappy option. I wasn't willing to spend the money on shoes that *might* fit in a few months of breaking in and stretching out. I wish they had a 43 that I could've tried, but it doesn't exist, alas. Boots are lovely and seem well made, just not for me.
