I adore these shoes! I'm nearly six feet tall and a plus size woman with size 11 to 12 feet. It's hard to find comfortable shoes. I found comfort AND style. I love the retro look of these heels. Professional and a little sexy... the perfect combo! I ordered the 11 extra wide which for great. My only complaint is my little toe rubs against the seam. I've written these 3 days in a row at 6,000 steps/ day.

These were very big. I usually wear an 8 med and they were so big that my daughter, who usually wears a 9.5 wide, was able to get into them and walk around. They were a little tight on her, but still... She hasn't fit into my shoes since she was 10! But the footbed is very comfortable and my daughter raved about how comfortable they were, so I will order a smaller size for me and maybe a larger size for her to try.

This is a pretty shoe, and seems comfortable but it really does run a bit wide, I'm a solid 12w and it was loose all over. Am going to return for a 12m.

Comfortable shoes. I ended up buying a wide - the regular width was just a little pinchy. The wider width feels like they run a little larger and I maybe should have purchased a half size smaller. But overall, a very comfortable shoe.

These were nice looking shoes, but they were not a true WW and pinched my toes.

Probably the most comfortable pair of heels I've ever encountered and I hate hills they're always uncomfortable for me I have no Arch totally flat-footed but they were comfortable

These fit more comfortably than most dress shoes, though the toe box is (as usual) too narrow to support feet which were not broken-in through many years of bad shoes. The left shoe seemed a full half-size larger than the right shoe, for some reason. I didn't care for the velcro strap; it just seemed a little bit 1980s to me.

I typically wear 7.5 and ordered these in 7W. The shoes are very comfortable right out of the box. the heel felt well cushioned and there was moderate arch support (I have flat beet) I wanted to love these so much because I had been looking for a comfortable heel to wear with a skirt or dress. However, the shoe just continued to rub my pinky toe the wrong way. Everything else about this shoe was great, but I just couldn't make it work.

I ordered the 8 N and a little long I think. Not happy with the squarish toe, a little frumpy.

Well made shoe and stylish but not wide enough for my left foot which I broke years ago. Wish it also came in a slightly lower heel. Had to return but love Zappos!!

Beautiful and comfortable. Seem to run a bit large,need a size down.A little worried about Velcro closure on the strap, seems like it might be weak.

These were ordered in a panic to get business casual shoes for my new office job. They didn't come in time and the heel had a loose or foreign body inside and so I requested for the exchange. Though the length is too long despite me getting a wide, they are comfortable to walk around in. I am debating if I should keep the size I have now or order half a size down because the length is too long but the width is perfect. Usually a 7.5 medium width shoe universally but ordered a 7W.

They look very nice, the width is a problem for me. I ordered EE...but with the tapered toe my pinky toes were blistered and painful after wearing them only a couple of hours. I cannot wear them and must make a return.

Beautifully soft on my achy WW feet! Run large so am exchanging for smaller size with fingers crossed.

I loved these shoes when I first got them. I showed my husband the shoes. I mentioned they were half a size too big. He liked the shoes on me and recommended I wear a sock with the shoes. I purchased some small socks that wouldn't show. I thought everything was perfect. I realized my left foot would slide around and caused friction on the bottom of my foot. I was stuck with them and didn't know how to solve the problem. My daughter and her family flew in for a vacation. I asked her to try on the shoes. She liked them so I gave them to her. She likes going home with adorable shoes that I can't where. I wish this shoe came in a half size smaller.

A little loose in the heel. Best feature the strap which is adjustable. Wear a 6 normally but that is sometimes too large. Good looking, nice heel height especially for an old lady who does not want to look dowdy.

I needed a pair of dress shoes for an important meeting. I tried these on in a 7B at a local shoe store and determined that I needed a 7AA. I ordered them on Zappos, along with 3 other brands of similarly styled shoes. These were not my first choice. However, out of 4 pairs of 7AA Mary Jane styles, they were the closest fit. They are a little bit roomy for a narrow shoe. I put my Superfeet dress shoe inserts in the shoes to help take up some room. They required little to no break-in period, as they are a soft soled shoe with plenty of cushion. I might try some other inserts in them to make them more comfy. My main concern about these shoes is the cheap velcro fastener strap. It's not a real buckle. Once you get to the end of the Velcro on a really skinny foot, that's all you've got to work with. The Velcro will also wear out long before the shoe does. (And fixing the Velcro is not that easy - I've used shoe repair places to do that, and it's not inexpensive, nor does it last.) The other styles I tried with the real leather straps and honest-to-goodness metal buckles didn't fit for one reason or another, so I'm not counting on these lasting for too long. Clark's should know better than to put a cheap velcro fastener on a good shoe. Rockport's Cobb Hill shoes had a nice buckle, as did Softwalk's and Trotters, for the same price. If you have narrow feet, be mindful of how the shoe is going to stay on your feet and the real buckles with straps you can punch extra holes in are a big plus. Velcro is unforgiving in that regard.

The shoes are very comfortable when you step in them. I found them to be 1/2 size too big. My little toe felt pinched on my right foot. I put pads on the back and wear sock liners to make them fit. Too bad there's no 11 1/2.

Good looking, well-made shoe but the strap has a velcro closure that unfortunately isn't adjustable; the fit wasn't quite right. I returned them and will continue my quest for stylish, comfortable, extra wide shoes that can be worn with dresses and don't look too frumpy. (If there is such a thing!)

Shoe runs somewhat large and did not fit my foot. I was, however, glad to see a narrow width available. thank you for that!

I tried these shoes in medium width and found them to be to tight. I have them in a wide width and although they're comfortable, they are loose. They don't hurt my feet even when worn all day. My only complaint is they scuff relatively easily.

A practical and versatile office shoe. They go with everything and at the end of the day my feet don't hurt. Sure, some shoes are cuter or more comfortable, but these do the job.

So disappointed, exactly height I wanted, perfect to dress up or down, jeans or dresses, but toe box is way too tight, toes are really scrunched in there. Nice leather, I can't believe it, Clarks let me down! No wide in stock, just my luck.

Great warm cold weather/snow boot! Exactly as pictured. Sizing is pretty accurate..I'm usually a 5 in heels and 5.5 in flats..but wasn't sure if these would run a bit big, so ordered them 5-which was in fact a bit too short (my toe hit the tip of the boot) so exchanged for 5.5-which is perfect. Even room for an insert, which these need since Sorel's are pretty flat with little to no arch support. The color 'Nori' is a nice neutral olive green, but yet not TOO green..This shade will go with everything.
