After reading several other reviews. I decided to order my size but with wide fit. When I got them, it was just a little longer than my size but not enough for me to have an issue with them. The width however was just perfect. I normally don’t order wide. I sure am glad I did. The bottom sole was harder than I expected. I would have like it to have been more of a rubber feel but it was more like plastic. However after wearing them to work everyday, I don’t have an issue this this pair of shoes. I have them broken in now and like them so far.

These are very comfortable in terms of how the shoe sits on the foot. If I am standing for more than an hour or two, they are OK but a bit harder under foot than real comfort shoes or running shoes. Most impressive quality is their wet traction. On wet surfaces, these grip better than any of my other shoes, even trail-running shoes. I am wearing these even with jeans and T-shirts simply because they are so confidence - inspiring in rainy weather.

This is my second pair of these exact shoes. The first pair were bought 10+ years ago when Rockport was partnering with Adidas. The current model is MUCH less comfortable. The old shoe was like wearing a quality sneaker - supportive, plenty of cushioning, great to walk in. I'd wear them for business trips where I'd be doing substantial walking from hotel to office in cities. They were so comfortable. These are not. The uppers are fine, they're soft and comfortable. The soles are stiff and have minimal cushioning, they are not comfortable to walk around in. That said, they aren't uncomfortable, and are fine for the office (I wear them), but they are a shadow of what they were when the soles were from Adidas.

Fine-looking shoes! But size felt tight, and the back of the heel felt too low.

I felt the shoes were a bit narrow then expectyed, I will keep the shoes.

Instep is a bit tight. Elastic and tongue to tight.
