Customer Reviews Hunter Original Refined Back Strap Rain Boots

I was so excited to receive these boots, only to find out that they looked extremely USED! I understand that the product will have bloomed once it has been WORN, but the outside of the shoe looked so worn, that I could not even fix it with a soft washcloth. I was expecting that the BLACK boot I ordered would still be black, not ash gray. However, the boot style is gorgeous, and I will need to size up to accommodate for socks (I have wide feet). I will be exchanging this boot, and hoping that when I get the next pair it will actually look like it hasn't been worn outside before being sent to me.
