HEARTBREAK! I love the style and shape of these shoes comfortable, stylish flats with support and a bit of a heel are tough to find. However, just like all the other reviews ... they fit beautifully in the heel, arch, ball of my foot. But they're going back because the toe box is just too short! And if I sized up, the shoe wouldn't stay on. This is too consistent a problem Earthies, please read, fix the issue and get back to us!

This shoe has EXCELLENT arch support for a flat -- in fact, when I put it on I was a bit taken aback at first by the solidity of the footbed. But the shoe is comfortable, and I really have to wear shoes with better support than I usually do. Plus, it's really stylish -- not in the least clunky or frumpy. The color of the dark grey suede is the perfect neutral IMO, and the shape of the toe box seems really modern. I expect these will be an everyday work shoe in my stylish, smart-casual office setting.

Super comfortable, but shows scuff marks pretty easily. I wanted a shoe that I could stand/walk in all day and still look 'put together.' These definitely fill the role of comfort. However, when the scuff mark appeared on the first day it has me believing that it won't be a long lasting shoe, which is unfortunate for the price. It seemed a little wider than others. I had to return them for a half size smaller.

Just a beautiful shoe. I ordered different sizes up and down and wide and regulars, since reviews were so mixed. find the shoe to be true to size. However, I found the leather to be wider. I need a regular in leather and wide in suede. My foot is slightly wide, but in most cases a regular fits great. My toes are short, so the more snug toe box works for me!

I was looking for a flat to replace the Nike Air that is no long available. I love these, there is a good amount of support, they are soft and pretty yet sturdy. I needed to re-order for the wide width I needed a half a size down, hope to get them in more colors. Thank you Zappos for making exchanges so easy.

Not deep enough heel counter to keep foot in shoe. Heel pulls out with every step. Did like the style and material.

I just ordered and returned these shoes. They are cute - the gray suede is nice. I have a wide toe and narrow heel. The toe box was short not quite long enough and the elastic was too loose on the heel. If I went up to get the length I needed, they would still be too big. I want to like them - but no go.

I ordered in the black leather and the black suede and the leather went back. Suede is perfect. They are super comfortable with the best arch support. I found the smooth leather to be stiffer and not as comfortable. Go with the suede. Very cute on, get lots of compliments.

Perfect ballet shoe with a hidden heel. The leather is soft, the foot bed feels like a firm pillow, and the heel is the perfect height. So comfortable!

I bought the Earthies snake print and the grey suede for a convention where I would be standing for 10 hours a day and doing a ton of walking, and I was not disappointed. The gray suede was a bit softer right out of the box, but both pairs are incredibly comfortable and stylish. I get repeated compliments on the snake skin pair especially. I have a narrow foot and heel and these not only do not slip but the gripping heel did not rub! I also like that these are flats but with a little lift. Great investment.

These were very comfortable, but they weren't as cute on my foot as I thought they would be. Sadly, I'm sending them back.

I love these shoes. I have wide feet with bunions, and heel spurs which makes it hard to find comfortable ballet flats, but these are soothing on all parts of my aching feet, and they have a great arch support. Best of all they are stylish and fun!

Purchased these in my normal length but ordered a wide width (as my feet have had a bit of swelling), and they fit. They are cute and comfortable. Wore them out the first time for an entire day without any "break in" really required.

This may be too much information but I like as much info as I can get when making an expensive purchase, so here goes. I bought these shoes because I have found the Earth brand to be perfect for me and my foot issues. I'm a 50+ elementary librarian who is on her feet 8+ hours a day. As result, I have bunions and fallen arches. I usually buy regular width because my bunions go up more than out. Unfortunately, on this particular style, the top of the shoe hits dead center of a bunion. The wide was just too big. All other factors of the shoe design and appearance are great. I do recommend you try them if you are an Earth brand enthusiast.

The size 6 was strangely short in the toe--I've never encountered that before as I'm a true size 6. It's too bad, because the shoe has an unusual amount of arch support, it didn't press against my bunions, and I would have liked to keep these. The next size up would have been too big, though. The elastic seems like a good idea, but it looks rather ugly and puckered. It's overdone.

It saddens me to return these shoes but, despite the elastic in the heel, the shoes slipped off my feet. The toe box and width were fine, so a smaller size would not work for me.

I loved these shoes and they were very comfortable. I bought the black suede. They were exactly what I was looking for except they have a thin gray leather stripe with a snap on it up the back of the shoe and it just made the shoe too casual.

Beautiful shoe, but the 8w was a little too big, and the 7.5w was too small. I had to return them.

I wear an 11W and rarely have the experience of a shoe being too long, but this was too long. Too bad because it's a really nice shoe and the width was comfortable.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. They have just the right amount of structure to give the shoe a shape - many ballet style shoes allow your feet to spread out all over the place. They are very flattering and I can imagine wearing them all day. By far the best looking ballet style I've ever put on my feet!

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for... neutral, classic, goes with many different outfits from jeans to skirts. Unfortunately they were too small but I hope that the next size up fits!

True to size; good quality; comfortable; elastic back-stays in place and is not too tight. Love the brand; it never disappoints. Good work shoe!

Love the arch support in Earthies; But- in the closed toe styles the toe box (or length from middle of arch to end) is short. In order to have room you must size up but then you will be walking out of them! The sandals are easier to fit/stay on. I hope Earthies addresses this as it is wonderful to find cute closed toe shoes in larger sizes that are supportive enough without orthotics. Will keep checking back!

These are cute shoes, but with the elastic back they are a little difficult to keep on. I need to find an insert to push my feet back. I am really hard to fit and these have a little hidden wedge, so they are not completely flat. The way they are cut does not rub if you have bunions. Considering I test drove about 10 pairs before these - thank you, Zappos, they suited my needs and are fairly comfortable.

These are a great looking shoe and I wanted to like them. They felt comfortable at first but walking in them felt like walking on wood blocks. Some might like the arch support but I felt it was too hard for my liking.
