These are very comfortable and fit well. I especially like the mid heel height and cushioned footbed. They do look a rather frumpy though. I tend to do a lot walking at work, so I'm willing to sacrifice some style for comfort. They look fine with pants, but I don't think they would pair well with a skirt.

The shoe is ok in the look, but the back by my heel is really too large. I put them on and when i took the first step, my heel came out of the shoe half way. Have to return them.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Such comfortable shoes. They look great with pants. I have skinny feet with narrow heels. These are great. I only have to wear a normal sock, not a thick sock. I wear these all day long. I'm a physical therapist and am on my feet all day. These are great.

After a few decades in a corporate career (typically wearing suits and heels) I find myself in my "third act" career, working in a retail environment. Now, I'm on my feet during entire shifts, and I cannot (will not?) wear flat shoes. After a lot of research I discovered these Cobb Hills shoes, and DO NOT REGRET purchasing them. They give me a little bit of fun, "geek-chic" style, with a heel, and fantastic support. Grippy soles (mandatory in my new career), great arch support, great fit. My feet feel OK after a full day working on them - important to me since I still try to jog several days each week. Have already ordered a "spare" pair to have in the closet. It's hard to find comfortable, serviceable work shoes that don't look plain/horrible/sneaker-like, but these shoes have saved my feet and my self-esteem. Thank you!! Please do not discontinue this model!

So I love these shoes but I wore them straight out of the box big mistake especially for a trip to the city (lots of walking). They were much narrower than I had thought and I wound up getting anti slip stick-on things as my toes were miserable from walking so much. I have worn them since for less time and they were fine. These shoes need breaking in. Cute style though.

Love these shoes! Quality is great. Leather shoes are usually more pricey than this. Style is amazing. Comfort could not be more perfect. I’ve got a flare for unique fashion and could not find a similar shoe locally. I’m so grateful for Zappos!! Score!!

I have a size 10 wide foot with a moderately high arch. Sometimes I can wear medium with shoes. I think for the length of my foot, the width is actually proportional. This shoe was proportional in a 10 wide, but it was a little too big so my foot slid down leaving about 1/4 of an inch space at the back of heel. The heel is high enough that one needs a perfect fit to keep the foot stable and not slipping forward. They were out of 9.5 Wides when I returned. These looked good even in large size, which was nice, as sometimes the added length changes the look enough that they aren't cute anymore. They felt really supportive and comfy. I only gave 4 stars for comfort because in my opinion, it is impossible to be 5 stars comfortable in a heel this high due to pressure on toes and changes in spinal alignment. I have another pair of Cobb Hill shoes that I also had to size down on. I should have done that with this shoe before they sold out but all the reviews said they were true to size.

I am not a fan of buying shoes online. I was not optimistic about these fitting because of past online ordering experience. But, I was happily surprised when these fit perfectly! I ordered a size 8 wide. They are comfortable, fit perfectly, and have become my favorite everyday shoe. They go with everything! I just wish they came in brown, and navy/dark blue. They'd be my only wardrobe choice.

Wow! These were comfortable right away, and actually make my size 10 feet look much smaller. I'm looking forward to wearing these with slacks and skirts/dresses and feeling comfortable while on my feet all day at work.

Beautiful shoes for work, but admittedly not easy to walk in if you aren’t used to heels. Otherwise comfortable and the laces make them adjustable for sock thicknesses.

Rockport brand I’m almost never disappointed. The heels fit just like I expected them to feel comfortable all over (except for my heel they are narrow and make the shoes look a little like their too large) I ordered size 9w that’s what I needed. Overall the shoes are great and very comfortable. I have a very hard time fitting shoes; but Rockport never disappoints me. Thank you Rockport.

I have VERY wide feet, so ordered a whole size larger than usual in the D width. I could have gotten away with a 1/2 size larger easily as they were plenty wide. They are SUPER comfortable right out of the box - no breaking in needed! Very cushion-y, no rubbing anywhere. A little bit of heel slip just due to the 1/2 size larger than needed. Very cute too! 100% recommended!! Wished they came in other colors - I'd buy a brown pair in a heartbeat!

I am in love with these shoes! I am normally a size 7-7.5 sometimes medium width - sometimes wide. After reading the reviews I was going to order a size 7 wide. Unfortunately, the size 7 wide sold out before I could buy the last pair. I really wanted these shoes for an interview outfit, so I decided to give the 6.5 wide a shot. I'm glad I did! They fit perfectly and as other reviewers have mentioned - they are ridiculously comfortable right out of the box! I am beyond happy with this purchase!

I love these shoes for everyday wear. The heel is a bit big, but my foot does not come out and they are still super comfy. I wear a 9.5 medium and they were perfect right out of the box.

These are super cute shoes, and they’re comfortable. I had wanted to wear them with socks as if they were proper Oxford shoes, but they are really dress shoes. So they fit better with hose or no socks. I had to fiddle with the laces to make the shoes feel snug so that the back of my foot didn’t slip out as I walked.

These are the perfect work shoe. I wear them all day, on my feet 5 days a week. They are classy yet as comfy as a sneaker. They also hold up. I get a new pair every year, but can’t tell the old from the new in my closet. People are so surprised I wear a heel to work. I hope Cobb hill keeps making these for years to come!

I bought these shoes to wear in an upcoming play. I ordered them 1/2 size too large because I was afraid the wide width woudn't be wide enough. To my pleasant surprise, the shoes were wide enough and fit very comfortably. They are a little loose, but they stay on and are just perfect for the role I'm playing.

Different styling than one I purchased last year. Felt flimsier and was too wide for a narrow. Prefer the plainer toe.
