These are cute, the cut outs and stitching details are pretty. I also liked the richness of the color. The shoe bed fit well, but the arch strap was much too short - looked weird to have so much velco exposed and was much less secure I'm returning them - and will look for longer or buckle straps

No. The finish is weird and not in a good way. Would absolutely consider getting them in another finish; they were comfy.

I wear 9 EW shoes. The shoes must have a deep toe box to fit. The only way these shoes fit is with the insert taken out, and then they are still tight. The actual shoe appears to be made well. The insert seems like it would fall apart quickly. Like most Mary Jane style shoes, they look do look clunky on your feet. The way the shoe is patterned with a leaf like design only makes up for this a little bit.

The picture on Zappos website shows these shoes to be a grey color. When I received them, the is more like a metallic black. I don't need any more black shoes, I wanted a grey pair of shoes.

Cute shoe, but the padding of the insole stops with this weird stiff seam RIGHT under the ball of your foot. (in order for the ball of my foot to hit in the right place, my toes would have needed to be as long as my fingers.) Really an unfortunate design flaw.

The pewter is a pretty color, shimmery with variations, and the brown is a pretty chocolate brown, not reddish/orange as it appeared on my monitor. My scores are lower as the 8.5 felt too small for my foot, and the 9 felt too long. I decided I'm not a Mary Jane kind of person as the ball area gapes open when I walk; the front edging as well as strap area was somewhat uncomfortable for me (could be as I've never worn Mary Janes and my current shoes are too big). It just felt flat and large, like a fisherman's sandal. I cannot comment on true to width or size as I don't know my consistent size (I've lost a lot of weight so my wider larger shoes are too large). Thank Zappos for making the orders and returns so easy!

I really wanted to keep these. However, while I don't have high arches or thick feet, the strap could barely make it to the velcro. Only a sliver reached it, so the shoe looked terrible and was very uncomfortable. A friend has these, and her pair fit me just fine, so I don't know if there was some sort of error in constructing this pair or this batch. Sadly must return. For what it's worth, the bed of the shoe felt heavenly, and I'm sure they would have been extremely comfortable to wear.

On the left upper side, it hit under my ankle bone and rubbed and was uncomfortable. Within a minute of walking in them, I did not feel enough the support under my feet.

You sent 1/2 size smaller. I ordered 6 1/2 wide

I felt like this was a poor quality shoe for the price. The sole was so thin I think if I had worn them walking outside I would hae felt every pebble. I had not tried this brand before and it was the only one in the style I was looking for but I will not buy that brand again. Many reviews said they were not great quality and I now have to agree. I did liked the style.

These run huge! I had to return.

I typically wear a 6.5 and it varies whether I need a B or D width, as my feet are somewhat wide. I ordered a 6.5D. When I tried them on they were enormous - I could easily put an entire finger between my heel and the back of the shoe. I have never received a shoe that was so far off of the correct size. Returned immediately.

I bought these shoes because of the brand. Rockport use to be a top brand years ago. When I received them, I put them on and was happy. The 9 1/2 W shoe was the right size. The next day, I wore them to work. Bad choice for not wearing them around the house first. (I would of returned them.) They were slipping in the hill area. So I bought inserts for the back of the shoe. The pad inside the shoe had stitching that hurt the bottom of my feet, so I went and bought inserts for the bottom of the shoe. When I added those, the strap was too tight. So now I have to find inserts that are thinner, but, give some comfort. Like most shoes these days, there isn't any arch support or any support for that matter. And usually I can fix that with inserts. With these shoes, so far, I am having trouble finding inserts that work with this shoe. When I first got this shoe, I told my husband I was going to buy another color - but that has changed, I will not buy this shoe again.
