Got this shoe in the wide width and it's perfect for my almost flat feet--moderate arch support and VERY comfortable all day long. Great styling--I can only wear flats b/c of a heel injury, and wanted something that would look professional. Ended up buying these in 3 colors! The leather is soft and doesn't dig in to my heel; they feel broken in from first wear, although they are well made and the leather is a nice thickness. The velcro adjustable strap is comfortable and stays in place. The color of the red/burgundy is rich and just right, just as pictured.

These would have worked for me (in a wide width) except that strap was too short to reach across my high instep. Too bad - the shoe itself was very pretty!

I ordered these in the wide width and sent them back for the medium width. They fit great now and I ended up buying the red and brown and will get the blue ones when they come back in stock. These are so comfortable!

Shoe fits me very well, it is stylish enough to not look like an old lady shoe. I need wide toe box, narrow heal and strap helps it to stay on.

I originally ordered the wide in these but they were too loose and were slipping off the heel. I then ordered the medium width and they work just fine. They are comfortable and I will be ordering the other colors too. I am in the process of receiving the return label to send the other 2 pair back.

Fit and size is perfection. I use these for ballroom dance shoes because I need to use my custom orthotics which slide in nicely after I remove the insole. Cobb Hill are very lightweight and durable and I am going back again and again to this brand.

These shoes are soooo comfortable but sooo...old looking? I pulled a muscle in my foot (severe tendinosis) last April and it is still healing. I needed a pair of flats to wear to a conference and came across these. I did a lot of walking and standing for 3 straight days. My feet didn’t complain! I wore them with pants (full length and ankle) and they looked fine. Will I buy another pair? Probably! I will just giggle to myself every time I look down.

I have a narrow foot and have difficulty finding shoes to fit. I was so hopeful for these shoes because of the velcro strap. The toe box was too wide for me, but the heel and mid section were a good fit. The color is so pretty and the style very cute! Would look good with a skirt, cropped pants or jeans. I was thrilled with these shoes because they seem to accommodate my extra-long middle toe (longer than my big toe!). I can feel the space for that toe. This is a HUGE problem with almost all shoes I have or have tried and is the source of much discomfort. The souls are non-slip, as I need them to be. Because of the strap. they stay on and I have a hard time with slip-ons since I can'y lift my feet high enough.

I really wanted this shoe. I am 39 years old and comfort and style are my unicorn. I have had problems finding good fitting and comfortable shoes for a few years now. I had PF surgery, and continue to have PF pain. Too add to it, I recently learned that I have a bone spur in my big toe joint that is causing a bunion...and a lot of pain. My doctor suggested finding a shoe with a wider toe box. I have tried Dansko, Alegria, Clarks, Trotters, Taos, but nothing seemed to work. I have a narrow foot and heel, plus one foot is 1/2-1 size larger than the other (depending on the shoe.) I also wear my own insoles. When I found these shoes I was excited to find a shoe with possibilities. The toe box was comfortable, the velcro strap adjustable, the insoles are removable, but the shoe slipped a little at my heel. My normal shoe is a size 9. I tried 8w, 8.5m, 8.5w, 9m and 9w. the 8w was perfect in width, just a little too short. The 8.5m was a tiny bit too short and tighter in the toebox. 8.5w was too long, good in the toe box, but too wide in the strap and heel. the 9m was good in the toe box, but too wide and too long overall. The 9w was just too big overall. I know a wider shoe should only be wider and not longer, but after trying on every pair in my range, it feels like the wider shoe is also longer. I think I will have to keep searching for the perfect shoe...if it exists. Thank you Zappos for your return policy and 1-day shipping. It's difficult to find shoes for foot problems in stores, and if you do, there usually are not multiple sizes and widths to try. Understanding the needs of your customers is why I will continue to shop here.

These shoes are comfortable right out the box! I wear an 11 medium, and they were true to size with plenty of room in the toe box even with my thick wool socks. They're not ugly but they aren't the cutest shoes either. However, I much more concerned with comfort and taking good care of my feet. There's a reason why I am the age I am and have no bunions or corns.

The shoes fit very well. Thank you. However, I know that this is not Zappos faulty but UPS delivered the package to the wrong address. We eventually got the package after it set outside for two days.

This is a very pretty shoe, a flat and a Mary Jane. The support is good. Surprising how hard this combination is to find,especially for painful, arthritic feet like mine. Happy dance!

I take a half size smaller in these. Nice toe room. Great arch support for me. Comfortable inner sole. Casual dressy leather flat that can go anywhere. I feel good all over wearing these shoes. I have three pair now.

I bought the burgundy. It’s a good “neutral” red - not too blue, not too bright. They were fine on me right out of the box, a tad stiff but not an impediment. I wear patterned socks with these shoes which I bought in wide width. If sock-less, they might be a little loose. For me Rockport Cobb Hill is reliable.

These were comfortable right out of the box! I work in healthcare and walk around a hospital all day. These are as comfortable as my sneakers but look like dress shoes. I love these and will be buying more in other colors (they won’t be wearing out any time soon). I have a narrow foot and like a little wiggle room in the toes. These are perfect.

Wish wish these fit??gave it 5 stars because I love the insole on Cobb Hill shoes. I usually need a WW, but tried the 11W ( my foot is about 10 1/4 inches long 4 inches wide at forefoot). I wear a 10.5W in Saas shoes. Love the style. Will wait on a different size.

Returned as they were much too big.

I usually wear 8.5W or 9M depending on brand and materials. I ordered 8.5W and they were a bit long but perfect width. Reordering 8W to try.

Love these shoes. Felt great from the first time I put then on! I have a narrow foot and very narrow heel. I wear these with socks and find them perfect with jeans or slacks. These shoes feel pretty good. I purchased a wide size. The heel seems a bit too wide for my foot, so I will add a heel insert for one shoe. Otherwise I am happy.

These fit very well and were very comfy, but they just aren't terribly inspiring. I guess I'd call them serviceable - something I would likely replace with something more stylish in a few years. But otherwise, great quality, great fit, extremely comfy.
