Length was good. Wide was way too wide for me. Leather was nice color and soft. However, this pair that was delivered had spots on the right shoe. If the pair had fit, I would of returned due to the spots.

I like the look but not feel. They were narrower than expected and the back rubbed my heel in an uncomfortable spot.

This is a lovely shoe, great dark navy color, pretty style. My foot needs a wider toe box and/or a lining that can be removed for orthotics.

I ordered wide and this shoe is narrower than my regular width shoes. I've owned Born shoes in the past and they weren't so narrow.

Loved the style, materials and color of these shoes. The length fit fine and the width would have been okay as well except that the elastic gores provided too much room in the upper part of shoe, making the instep and top of shoe loose and sloppy-looking. It left my foot and ankle without support and moving side to side in the shoe. Unfortunately I had to return them. Easy, free return process though!

These are uncomfortable after wearing for more than 2 hours. If my feet swell even a little bit, the top cuts into my foot. I thought the leather would stretch — it didn’t. And when I put on compression hose, the shoes don’t fit well at all. I just wasted $100.00 bucks on these.

Fit was ok- minimal arch support and the back of the heel is hard and comes up too high so it will definitely cause blisters. The worst is that the shoes have a cringe rubbery squeak with every step that sets my teeth on edge. So disappointed- Born used to be my go-to!

Although the shoe was comfortable and the fit was fine, I found the sole was noisy, squeaky.

It may depend on the particular shape of your foot, but I could tell right away the back would chafe blisters into the back of my heel. Some padding or something is needed there.

Really disliked the style in person, especially the sole of the shoe.

So cute and I think would be very comfortable but sadly, 10M was too wide (no narrow available), and too short (and I've never needed anything longer than 10, sometimes 9.5 is fine). So, back they go :(

I have a narrow foot, but sometimes can wear medium width shoes. These felt like a wide even though they were marked as medium, which is what I ordered.

This shoe was comfortable even on my wide foot except the back of the heel came up to high on the foot causing it to be very uncomfortable after only a couple of steps.

This is not an attractive shoe. I wanted a cute, simple flat that I could dress-up with a skirt or nice jeans. These were just simple.

The shoes were somewhat comfortable but the heel came up so high on my foot it rubbed my skin. I had to send it back.

These shoes were too narrow for my wide feet. Granted, they don't make these in a C width, but I took a chance because I wear other Born shoes and boots with no problem. Also, like another reviewer said, the cutout at the top of the shoe that allows for some wiggle room was really unappealing. I just didn't like the way they looked on my feet.

I should have paid attention to the review about cutting at the ankles because no padding at the rear edge led quickly to painful rubbing and blisters.

Toe area too small. I need wide shoes in the toe box much more than in the arch and heel areas, so these didn't work for me. I loved the style though.

The shoes were too loose and felt as if they would not stay on my feet with much wear.

I would say these are on the edge of being true to size; my toe came up right to the end. They have no real structure and basically looked like slippers on me. The pair I received was not shiny black leather as pictured but rather a matte leather (almost like nubuck). Just FYI.
