I gave up the search and settled on these shoes after trying on so many pairs of loafers. I have bunions and high arches and it's so hard to find shoes that work for me. I normally wear a size 7.5 and kept size 7 wide in these shoes. There doesn't seem to be much difference however between the wide width and the regular width when it comes to the toe box. I like how these look, but they did rub the back of my foot after the first day of wearing and caused bad foot cramps probably due to lack of arch support.

The look was fine but reminded me a lot of those Toms shoes. I tried them on and immediately knew they were not for me. They slipped off the back of my foot as I walked even though they seemed to be the correct size. They were also a little more casual than I was looking for.

Leather is very stiff and toe is more pointed than I expected. Attractive style and great price , disappointed they didn’t work

A very soft shoe more like leather slippers with ah all weather sole. Need more lateral support and cushioning from pavement. Runs wide - sizing not like my prior Born loafers I need to replace.

The shoes came up too high on my ankle bones and rubbed pretty badly.

Not a very good shoe for me. It was too small on the sole, meaning it is very narrow for my medium width foot. No support so your foot wobbles all over when you walk. Not impressed. Cute style though, but that doesn’t do anything for helping your feet.

They were narrow, maybe because the toe was rather pointed. I have a pair of Born boots that have a squared off toe that I LOVE. I was hoping other Born shoes were the same. Wide. But alas, not for me. Very cute though.

I wanted to love this shoe, but found it to be too wide at the sides like a house shoe. The toe box was narrow and hurt even though I have long narrow feet. And finally, the padding on the bottom was more narrow than the shoe and very, very uncomfortable. I like Born shoes a LOT, but this shoe had to go back.

I’ve been wearing these shoes for at least seven years and have had the in multiple colors. They’re by far my favorite shoes. I’m one of the few people in the world who dislikes shoes with a lot of arch support, because it never hits my foot where my arch is. I love the shoes, because the support is so minimal that it doesn’t bother me at all. These are as close to being barefoot as you can get, and that’s why I love them. My only complaint is that the price of these shoes has more than doubled in recent years. Over the years I’ve paid anywhere from $39.95 to about $55 for a pair, so I don’t see why they need to cost $120 now. (Well, I do see why — They’re imported, and we have a tariff-happy president who doesn’t understand basic trade rules.) They’ve changed the sole in the newest iteration of this shoe, and I can’t comment on whether that’s an improvement or not, because I won’t be paying $120 for any shoes anytime soon.

When you are use to wearing cheap shoes, and you put on a pair of good leather shoes, you need to give them few hours and use to see if they really fit. I usually wear a 8.5 M width. I have been told Born shoes run narrower than cheap shoes today that claim to be M width but they give a lot and are really W width-esp. cloth/synthetic shoes. I ordered a 8.5 W width and after a few hours they were a perfect fit. I thought at first they were too tight across the top, but no, they are just fine now. I appreciate the fact that Born makes quality shoes with good leather, good soles and comfort. They also do not have seams in poor locations to rub the sides of my feet, toes and older age knarlies. The black is perfect. I had to go to your sister co. to get he navy. Really like them and appreciate that they do not scream OLD LADY COMING! I know they will last too.

Love these shoes. Exceedingly comfortable. Look good. I get complements. I have bought several pairs. They are my favorites. I wish they would bring back the suede ones though.

These are my "go-to" shoes and the biscotti color is a good choice for a neutral color. I first bought this style a year or more ago and I'm just now replacing them with a fresh pair. Recently the shoes I just received seemed too narrow and possibly defective so I ordered again and the second pair are just right. I highly recommend this style!

They are great shoes but because of some issues with my feet, they’re not quite right.

After some foot surgery, I find it hard to get the perfect fit. I ordered these in 8M -- hoping they would run a little bit wide. They do -- just enough to give me some ease when my left foot swells slightly. I will have to wear these with a very thin trouser hose/ stocking though -- even a thin sock was too much and my feet felt "stuffed" in the shoes, but I know a wide width would likely be too big. Because they are real leather -- I'm expecting a bit of natural stretch so fingers crossed that they will work long term. I'm 74 and these look exactly as you might expect -- an older lady shoe. LOL

These are very comfy and look great!

If I could have ordered these in 8W, I would have, so I tried both 8M and 8.5M, and the 8.5M fit well. The leopard pattern is cute and little different. They look good with jeans. Looking forward to wearing these as the weather cools off a bit.

I love the feel of these shoes, very comfy and look great, so sad that I need a half size larger but they're not available in the color I need.

Overall a nice shoe. Great quality.
