Lightweight, soft, fair quality, a tad small.

These are pretty boots and the color is nice but on me they just looked blah. Not worthy to join my shoe/boot arsenal. I am sadly returning and will have to keep looking for THE gray boot!

These fit pretty small. I think the calf circumference is smaller than stated - too small for me and I have to send them back :( The foot part is pretty stiff and awkward, but maybe they would get better with wear. The style and leather are beautiful and I am really disappointed that I have to send them back and start my search over!

I love Born boots and have two other pairs in a different style. Born boots are dependable for their immediate fit. These were too narrow, which was extremely disappointing. I am 5'8'' and have slim calves and narrow feet. I even bought a half size larger to ensure they fit, but they did not. Despite their cute looks, they will be returned. Bummer!

Is it me?? or am I the only one who thinks that the shaft is a weird height. Definitely not to knee (which I knew going in from the stats) but this boot was just awkward in it's height which hit me on the widest part of my calf making my legs look a lot bigger than they already are. The leather was beautiful and they style perfect but alas they are going back because of the height issue--too bad, they would have been perfect with a bit more height.

Once again, Born proper boots FAIL. I don't know if it's Born's fault for thinking this is what wide calf is, or if it's Zappos, for advertising thus. Couldn't even get my whole, short foot in.

These are beautiful boots but I bought the wide calf and it is not wide calf. They are much smaller around the calf than advertised. I had to send them back.
