This shoe looks nice but is not exceptional. Vamp is a bit too high to be really flattering. Fabric does not look very rich. I will keep looking for something better.

I loved the look of the shoe, it felt comfortable, it was exactly what I wanted.. Unfortunately, there was a large gap at the ankle, making the shoe look too big.

I ordered the soft style Deanna because they offered it in a narrow, I purchased it in a 91/2 narrow, but it was like a medium much too wide. I really liked the shoe but could not keep it.

A very pretty shoes but the stiff leather hurt my bunion. That was the same reason the heels bothered me too (leather was inflexible). I will return them.

Feels great but very high gloss shoes

Wow, I loved this shoe, but it was way too large and loose, I usually wear a 9W, but my feet were swimming in these. Hopefullly, I can get it in a smaller size.

The shoes are really cute for a formal occasion requiring comfort. The toe box is a bit tight. I would have ordered a half size larger, but size 11 jumps to a 12, no half size. I ordered a 12. Too big. I ordered an 11 wide. Didn't fit. I am keeping the 11 because they are so cute and have a low heal. A wider toe box would be perfect.

these are so pretty but they are NOT wide. they are narrow even though the order says wide. too bad, because they are very nice to look at!

The foot bed felt nice and soft. But the rest of the shoe just didn't match that. The toe bed was way to narrow and I ordered a wide. I also felt the style looked a bit old on me. sorry they went back.

Cute with gold detail on heel. I wanted to love these but the faux patent leather had no give across the top of the bridge of my foot and was uncomfortable.

The style is nice they just don't fit right and the bone color looks cheap. I tried several sizes and colors but just couldn't find the right fit. The black and navy colors look much better than the lighter colors because again, the lighter colors look cheap.

The shoes had a "pearly" finish, which was sort of nice, however they were too wide and too large. The toe box was too pointed for my bunions and overall too stiff. I'll be returning them.

Very wide heel, not proportioned to the shoe which is quite narrow. Factory needs to proportion this area more carefully. No dress shoe should flip and flop off the heel.

Shoe is plastic

These shoes are beautiful, but they are too tight in the toes, and too loose in the heel. I wear an 8 1/2 medium, and for the last 10 or so years, I have been able to order 8.5 M shoes, and wear them right out of the box. Lately, the shoes I have been finding on Zappos seem to have been designed for women with narrow toes and wide heels. For whom are these shoes designed? I don't know anyone with narrow toes and wide heels.

size 9 fits well but the width is not wide enough. Bought them for an upcoming wedding but i dont think ill be able to wear them. i have bunions so thats a problem. Do you carry one width wider that I can order? Thank you. Shoes have great style and good size but width is not wide enough.

I was excited to find dark green shoes to wear to my daughter's wedding. Unfortunately, these will not do. I ordered 10N. I usually wear a 9 or 9-1/2M. These are too wide. They don't stay on my heel and they gap at the arch, so the light-colored lining shows (an unsightly contrast to the dark green!). Additionally, the toes are more pointed than the picture shows. I'm sure they would have been comfortable if they'd fit. But they didn't, so back they go.

I loved the color and the silver detail. Heel height and width were perfect. My heel did not stay in the shoe when I walked and the padding on the ball of my foot was not adequate to keep them comfortable. I was so sad because the look was exactly what I wanted.

I loved these shoes and really wanted to keep them but the left foot was much larger than the right one. The right fit perfectly. My foot was slipping out of the left one when I walk. I tried putting in a heel guard, but it simply did not work.

TOO NARROW at mid-foot and TOO NARROW at toe-box

I bought this in gold and the pewter in the sae size and width. The gold fit perfectly, even a bit loose. The pewter fit tight, definitely not wide. Both colors are gorgeous. I just wish both fit.
