This shoe is very stylist. I first ordered a 71/2 medium. It was to large but with a narrow toe box. The 7wide was still tight in the toe box and slipped on my heal. I had to return both. Disappointed

Very expensive looking shoe. But way too narrow for a wide foot

Excellent shoe, but I have a painful bunion on one foot. I wish I didn't have to return them.

Beautiful shoe but just not comfortable, not enough cushioning.

I ordered these for my daughter (she wears size 9) originally in size 8.5 because I read some reviews that you should size down. When they came, they were too tight. Then I exchanged for a 9.5 because she didn’t think going up a 1/2 size would be sufficient. Unfortunately, the exchange took too long to get to us and the event they were chosen for had passed, so we returned them. She didn’t not try on the 9.5, but I did (I’m a 8.5 usually) and they’re were just a tad big. I think they would have fit her just fine.

I loved the shoe but itwas a size too large and I even ordered a half size smaller. The box the shoes arrived in was crushed so I had to send back in a different box.

Loved the color snd style. Shoe was stiff and even extra wide felt narrow. So disappointed.

Beautiful shows but I order Wide and really is not true wide, it fit like Medium. So sorry

I wore these to a wedding and before I left I had to change to Hokas for the block long walk to the car. I love the style but if I could return them I would.

I'm sure they will fit great, but I needed them for a trip for a wedding. Shoes delivering the day I get home, 8 days after ordering. :( @zappos fail, not the brand.

Shoes did not match each other

Loved the pewter color. Toe box did not feel like a wide! Very small box. Nice padding in footbed . Stylishly trimmed at heel. Wanted to love but hurt my arthritic feet.

Looked nice but very uncomfortable

A very attractive shoe that did not fit me correctly at all. Too bad! For the right feet, it would be a bargain.

Felt so small. Also it says patent with silver, but it looks like gold.

Very cheaply made

Too narrow in the toe box for me even though I got a wide. Pinches. Can barely walk. Too bad because they’re absolutely gorgeous.

Tight toe and loose heel. The shoe is absolutely beautiful so I was very disappointed that the narrow slipped off my heel.

I love the style of this heel. Very dressy and the perfect heel height. I consistantly wear an 8 1/2W in most shoes. The length of this heel was good, but the width was slightly snug. Not sure they would have stretched, since I ordered the black patent. I might have considered keeping them, if the color sent had been as described. I ordered the Black Cross Hatch Patent/Silver in 8 1/2W. I received the black patent, but the heel accent color was gold. I am returning them.

These shoes are truly beautiful and I so wanted them to fit. To get a well-fitting shoe I need an AAAA which is extremely rare. I took a chance on them perhaps running narrow, but alas, it was not to be. Even with heel inserts I still walked right out of them. I tried both silver and clear buckle straps which did hold the shoes on well enough to walk but looked really cheesy and ruined the beautiful look of the shoe. I am terribly disappointed but knew it was a long shot and will return them with regret. If a narrow shoe will fit you then I would recommend these shoes. Even my hus

I just couldn’t buy into the metallic trim. These teeter on the edge of tackiness. The upper was really stiff, and I’m not going to wait and see if it would loosen up.

This shoe is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I read other reviews about the shoe being a bit long. I went ahead and ordered a 9W. I agree with other reviewers, unfortunately the shoe runs long. I ended up re-ordering an 8w and 8ww. Hopefully one of these will fit well. Even with the wide, the part touching the top end of foot by the toes does rub a bit. I hope my re-orders fit better as I love the looks of this shoe. Hard to find shoes in a wide, especially rounded toes and something with STYLE.

The upper material does not give. These were painful on my outside toe.
