There's a problem with heel slippage, as other reviewers have noted. But they're super comfy and pretty cute.

Wanted these to fit so badly, but too floppy in the heal area and I could not tightened and I need more arch support. My size 12's did not look like a boat in them!

Beautiful print but the wide is still too narrow. Also, they have a bronze sparkle which I did not realize and prefer a shoe without the sparkle/glitz.

Love these and bought two more in different colors. Back heel does slip a little bit, but I added a little "shim" to make up for it. Size seems right on and width (I purchased wide)works well for me. Very pleased.

Nice, high-quality. Comfortable footbed but too long. Probably a half-size larger than expected.

I'll first mention that Hush Puppies are appealing to me because the insoles are removable & I can use my own orthotic. I purchased the this bootie in olive (Cyra Catelyn) along with the Marthe Cayto. The Cyra was buttery soft and my orthotic fit well. The olive is a great color - not too green, but a very nice neutral. I wear a perfect 7.5 C, and have a high instep and fallen arches, and the 8 W fit nicely; however, there just wasn't enough overall support, due I believe, to there only being 2 eyelets in which to lace-up and cinch-up the shoe. Walking around the house felt great, but I could foresee my foot fatigue if I walked around the mall for a couple of hours. So, I sent these back, and kept the Cayto.

shoes are so comfortable....I wear 6.5 WW, but have to order a 7 D for this shoe, but the material is so soft and flexible, it comfortably takes my width. it's a little long though. Have 3 pairs now and they are durable and go with many jeans-day outfits. Cutely clunky.

I usually wear an 8 to get shoes wide enough for my wide feet, but a 7.5W is a perfect fit. Very comfortable with soft sole. Be aware the Olive is greener than may show on your screen.

I bought these boots in navy, and they were so comfortable and stylish i went back and bought them in black. they can be dressed up or down, and work with pants and skirts. i have a wide foot, and the wide fitting was perfect.

These shoes are comfortable, and the blue color is awesome. The laces though. The laces. Waxed, round, and useless. I retie these shoes 20 times a day. Try finding short laces for blue shoes that don't make you look like a clown. And you have to cut off the tassles to remove the ones Hush Puppy puts on them. As comfortable as they are, I don't need the hassle and probably wouldn't have kept them had I known.

I needed to supplement the inner sole. The one inside has a cushion-y heel, but the top half is hard and I felt like I was walking on a stiff piece of board under the ball of my foot. Furthermore, the inner sole is angled down to the front, so it thrusts your foot towards the front. And, the back half of the inner sole has a hard edge where it transitions to the front half, which I could feel under my foot. There is no arch support, just the suede fabric sewn to the bottom sole. SOOOO, I bought RiteAid regular gel insoles for $7, women's, and cut them just where the hard edge of the existing insole ends. I put this half-insole underneath the top half of the existing sole. I trimmed off a tiny amount from the ends of the heel area of existing insoles, so they sit further back in the shoe. And I added some small arch support cushions. They are very comfy now!

Got the wide and fits nicely but the heel is too wide and I should've gone down a half size. Also probably looks best with jeans or casual wear but I needed something for work and could withstand some drizzle. Cute shoe though.

love the look of this shoe. Even with my orthotics they were loose in the heel and a. It small I the forefoot. Sadly I am returning them.

Overall, I am very happy with these shoes. Once I got the right size all was well. My first order was for a medium width, but they ran a bit narrow. Important to note, I found it helpful to be aware of the the Euro size. That is more accurate than the US size, I think.

I never wear a Wide shoe, but I had to send back the Medium width! I'm hoping the wide will fit much better, as apart from the issue of width these are lovely shoes and make me feel very suave :)

Blue suede shoes - very cool. Wore them for 1 day, and they are not really uncomfortable. Hopefully, they will get more comfortable (I like the heel height and would get another color to wear with tights).

Previous review the light blue, 7-1/2 wide. Exchanged for the same color (beautiful chambray blue) - but size 8 wide. Fits fine, no problems - loose in the heel but that is a problem when I need wide front. Will wear with medium weight socks anyway. If you need a shoe/low boot with a nice "clean" front - ie no stitching (arthritis/bunions anyone?) this is your boot BUT get at least 1/2 size larger. Wide is just wide enough to give you room in the roe area. All in all, really glad to have found a wide width desert boot - finally - from a known manufacturer. Thinking of another color....green not available here but on another website.

These shoes are adorable and perfect for transitional weather. I am a 5.5 but ordered a 6 so that my orthotics would fit in the shoes (the 5.5 was just a bit too snug for comfort). I gave this product four stars because there is some seaming at the front of the shoe that irritates my skin, but I think this can be solved by wearing different socks and/or covering up the seam with some moleskin. The price did give me pause, but as an orthotics-wearer, I don't have much choice when it comes to shoes.

Beware, if you are deciding between two sizes, opt for the smaller, they do stretch out some, it happened to me.

Comfy shoes with a little heel. Only problem is the laces are waxed and keep coming untied. I double knotted but that looks bulky. Still, keeping them. Comfortable after a day on my feet.

These are the booties that I have searched for all year. They are comfortable right out of the box, and well constructed. I am returning these for the size 10 as they do run short in the to area. Still I love Zappos.

Beautiful shoe, and incredibly comfortable. but slipped even when tied snug. I ordered (and wear) a 9.5 wide but would need a 10 in this shoe.

I really love these shoes. They are very comfortable and do not look to chunky as some of the shoes in this style can. They are flat but I do feel support in them.

I ordered the size 11 wide width which are slightly too long for me but the size 10 wide width weren't wide enough to get my foot into. From the top, my feet look big in these, but in the mirror they don't. I think the heel could benefit from a little more structure. For boots they feel a little floppy. They seem to get lose over the course of the day so I have to re-tie them several times. They are very stylish and the easy care suede is super soft and durable. The foot bed is super comfortable. It feels like there is air in it or gel. I've worn them with tights and dresses so far and they look cool. I've also worn them with rolled baggy jeans and a sweater. They are versatile shoes. I like them a lot.
