They feel like 6 albino badgers hugging your legs at all times. Not too aggressive but enough for you to feel love and still be fearful of their sharp teeth...well played north face...well played with your innovative badger technology

I use these pants daily for work and they work great! Snow never sticks to them and they always stay dry. Great fit on me and they have a very nice comfort to them.

These pants are super comfy for skiing. Didn't want to take off after ski day was over. That they come in a short plus a bonus for inseam.

Great ski pants, warm without being too bulky. Offer very good protection against cold, wind and snow. Excellent quality and durable. Love the product!

These pants are warm and have great freedom of movement. The website was great because I looked and looked for these pants and they were all sold out in my size.

keep in mind that these are "high rise" pants. I did not pay enough attention to that. the high rise fall to my waste pretty much every time, so I had to return for the "regular" length instead of the long length. im 6'-4" 200LBS. Large regular is a better fit for me since I don't take advantage of the high rise use.

Used these pants skiing in Tahoe this year. Great purchase. The non-insulated pants kept me plenty warm at about 0 C with long johns under them. Highly recommend.

Went skiing this past weekend and the pants were great. The shorter 30" inseam fit well over my bindings.

I your looking for very baggy thin pants, were you can feel all the coldness outside y with a fit longer and larger than you would spect: these are for you!
I don't think it worth buying these pants , there's alot of others snow pants in the same price range with much better quality and better fit. I really regret buying these...

These are great pants.
They fit as expected and are a little bit fuller than some other pants but still slim fit. They are well made and have good pockets. The material color is even better in person, I got the fig.

I gave these as a gift to my husband who has a 6'5" athletic build. This tall was actually long enough! They are light weight and beathable. Worth the price for clothing that actually fits.

Overall I was looking into snow pants for a while. Heard and saw reviews for the freedom pant. Although the price is high compared to other general brands, Northface is pretty fair compared to other high-end brands.
Fit is good (once I figured out my size). I am typically a medium (skinny jeans/pants don't fit me - I have bigger thigh I guess from playing soccer). But the medium was much too big (an easy 34 waist). So I am returned the medium, and ordered a small. The small is good (about a 30/31 waist). The length is a little long for me (i'm 5'7"), but not bad. I could have maybe ordered the short length option, but no biggie.
Went skiing for 2 days, about -15C (close 0F) at the coldest with wind. I had a light base layer and the freedom pants and felt fine. Skiing for 2 hours at night, and then 5 hours the next afternoon.
They were comfortable, easy movement, warm, dry, overall great!

Item received as described. I needed an "athletic fit" with some extra room in the thigh area and it delivered. The material has a plastic type feel, but it didn't bother me. The only con is the color...would have liked it to be a darker gray because it is basically white, which gets really dirty after a few runs on the slopes / chair lifts.

Great pant like the noninsulated option for lightweight easy going snow pants. The long/short option is really great as well.

I wear this pair of winter sport pants for skiing and it is the best ski pants that I have ever own. It's very comfortable, snow proof, and fits very well. I like the color I chose.

The pants are nice. They fit well. They aren't kidding when they say no insulation but that was to be expected. They work fine with base layers in Maryland winter.

Bought these pants for my husband for a recent boarding trip to Park City-- he loved them! We actually both ended up with new North Face gear for this particular trip, and were not disappointed. These pants fit him true to size (he is 6'3 215; definitely athletic) and he felt like he had plenty of room to move / flex in while boarding. We ordered the XL and XXL sizes to try (as you know, ski pants are all over the place in sizing!) and he kept the XL which is his normal size in most things. Definitely recommend if you need a great, affordable pant to keep you warm! The "fig" color is awesome.
