Nice looking shoe of good quality. Ordered 9.5W, which is the shorter of the two sizes I usually wear, the other being 10W. This shoe was still too long and slipped off my heel. Returning.

Cute, and i liked the color. There was something weird about the arch support though, when I tried it on I thought this might be irritating. They were too big, so I'll be returning them. Love Zappos return policy for online shoe shopping!

I bought this shoe in my regular size 10 and it fits great. I'm surprised by the support... wonderful! I bought these to wear on my first trip to Europe... I didn't want to look "sloppy" or underdressed. This shoe is going to be great with ankle pants and jeans.

It's hard for me to find flats that fit, I am a size 12 but my width is just at the cusp of B/C. Some mediums are too narrow, but wides are just too wide. These flats are almost perfect. The leather is soft and supple, the length is spot on, they have a very soft insole with a decent arch support (nothing beats my Birks), and I do think they're really cute. My one complaint is the elastic. On both shoes, and only on the outside where the elastic is, they dig in and rub when I step. I can't bear to let these go because they fit so perfectly, but I'm afraid to wear them to work because of that irritation. I work retail, I'm on my feet for the better part of 6 to 10 hours a day. I'm looking for pads I can place along the sizes to prevent the discomfort, but for the cost of these I don't think I should have to make adjustments to them.

Comfy flat that feels like a shoe and not a slipper - more support and structure. Not a whole half size smaller but just a bit short of true to size. My first pair of SoftWalks and I will consider this brand again.

These shoes are very cute, minimalistic, a great design. Seem high quality. But the sizing is really off. The 9.5M was too short and narrow, and the 9.5W was too long and wide. I wanted to try to 9W but it's sold out. I'm keeping the too-large one, but it's far from ideal.

Very cute, soft and nicely padded. But I am returning as I just didn't like them. Based on other reviews I ordered a 9M when I usually wear a 9W. They fit fine so a W would have been too wide in this shoe.

Cute, but gaped funny on the sides.

This is a very stylish and pretty ballet flat. I had to add inserts to make the shoes fit properly, but that's just my foot. I do think that it's a bit overpriced for what it is, but would recommend it to anyone looking for a classic suede flat.

These were comfortable, but too wide for a narrow size. Sending them back and returning to Munro, which always fits my narrow feet.

Shoe runs small (short). Which is weird bc I have other SoftWalk shoes in the same size 10.5 narrow that fit just fine

I wanted to love these shoes and I would have if it wasn;t for the fact that they're really narrow. I ordered a WW same as I always do. These were labeled WW but they did not fit.

In size 10.5, these felt quite short--my toes were touching the front of the shoe.

Very tight and stiff. Not comfortable on my 9N tootsies. Returning them.

Too wide. I'm pretty much a Clark 9.5 W or Munro 9.5 W - the Softwalk M is a bit smug. The outside of all of them rub under my right ankle bone but NOT on my left - must be me! The seam where elastic attaches to leather tends to roll the leather over a bit. Kept them as throw on for anything as they are fairly plain

I was very disappointed with these shoes. The sole feels great but the upper part of the shoe is so stiff. I was expecting the same soft uppers as my SoftWalk Rocklin boots which I can walk in all day, but these shoes don't even come close.
