I bought this shoes to wear while performing with my choir. I was looking for very comfortable shoes for prolonged standing. I bought the black snakeskin which I thought looked a bit dressier than plain black. I wanted completely flat shoes since standing a long time in heels makes my lower back hurt as well as my feet. These shoes have adequate arch support and a nice cushy feel. Note that they felt a bit tight when I first put them on, but after a few seconds my weight compressed the foam and they felt just right and true to size. The rounded toes are not the most stylish, but I am more than willing to sacrifice that for comfort. I didn't love the look of the elastic panel on the side, but it isn't really noticable (in black at least) when worn. They will be perfect for choir, and I have started wearing them to work as well.

these are amazing shoes, especially that the come in wide and have super soft arch support. however they are more than 1 size too big!. I normally wear a size 9, but if I can get wide shoes, I wear 8.5w. these are an 8w and they are still half size too big. back they go :(

I just had great success with a pair of SoftWalk heels and thought I'd buy a pair of flats from this brand for work. I am breaking them in at home to avoid limping around at work.lol. So far I am impressed with the construction and the padding inside the shoe. It actually has arch support! My heel rubs a bit on the left shoe but that's normal for me and flats. They do feel comfortable out of the box but like any other flats, I think there will be a break in period. I am happy with the purchase.

Finally. Comfortable, flexible, nice looking ballerinas with enough arch support for long wear. I love these shoes and they look nice with everything. I bought the black suede, but I think I'll buy another pair in "luggage" since it looks like such a great color.

Not my "last". Heel too wi, it hurt and felt short. Will stick with Munro's.

I have big trouble in finding shoes to fit my odd feet--flat, no instep, narrow and long--and these shoes fit and feet wonderfu!!!!

After reading reviews, I ordered. 8 wide, normal size 8 1/2. I love the nude color. It blends with my skin color. I haven't worn them for very long so not sure of all day comfort. My only complaint is the price.

This is a nice shoe. I just fits really big.

I just love these! I have a narrow foot and have a hard time finding shoes. I ordered a 8 1/2 narrow and they are perfect! So soft so cushy. The feel like house shoes but look beautiful. Will order more! The graphite is gorgeous!

I want a mice flat but lately it seems impossible. I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes and cannot find a shoe to fit. I ordered this shoe in a larger size and thought I had found the shoe but it is tight around the ridge. Otherwise it was okay. I walked a bit but still the shoe isn't giving. So again I am sending shoes back. :(

If you have tried the brand before it may take a couple of tries to find the wight fit. These are great. High quality and true to color. Color is also another problem buying online. These were beautiful.

Shockingly comfortable shoe! The support is incredible. One surprise, though, was the slight negative heel sensation when walking in them. I was also surprised by the "nude" color, which was more brown than displayed on various screens. I would definitely buy these again.

Softwalk Norwich shoes are wonderful, comfortable and good looking! I am always looking for nice shoes to wear in Florida's heat, that do not make my feet hotter, and these work. The toe is very rounded, some may not like this, but for wide feet, the shoe fits!

These shoes are great! They are comfortable and cute. I am on my feet all day, and these shoes never let me down.

I usually have a difficult time "breaking in" shoes. These were very comfortable the first time I wore them. Really cute and got a couple of compliments first time out.

I love these shoes! They are so soft and supple. They bend easily with each step. They have a perfect grip on heel, so no pinching, or slipping off when walking. They may fit a smidge larger as my left foot is slightly larger than my right and these still fit perfectly.

I am looking for black flats that will actually stay on your feet when walking! These do have more toe coverage and stay on better, but they have an odd fit. My usual 10.5W fit like an 11 and gaped at the sides. I r/o a 10M and they were better but still have a weird gape at the arch. I gave up on these.

I wear a 10 narrow and ordered a ten narrow. I couldn’t keep these on my feet. They slipped off with every step and were kind of uncomfortable. I also didn’t really love the style, but when I find shoes that actually fit, I keep them even if I don’t love them! But these just didn’t work for me. I do have other Softwalk shoes that I love and I love Zappos!

Nice. Holds well around the heel and enough toe room side to side but not enough toe room up and down.

Exceptionally pretty with a nice arch support but the 7 was too long and the 6.5 is too wide at the heal. So sad.

Very comfortable and can be casual as well as dressy. Great for travel.
