too small

I've had this shoe on my Favorites list for a long time, anxious to try this brand since my daughter said her Chaco sandals are incredibly comfy. But, this shoe did nothing comfy for my feet. They seem to be good quality, but not enough stuff in the footbed, so they felt rather thin and hard as you step. Hardly any arch, too. They are wide enough for my usual 7W foot size, and the right length, though.

These are cute shoes that would be a nice alternative to sneakers. However, for me, they didn’t work. I have very sensitive balls of feet and though a slight heel, they were too high for me. Sadly, they went back. They seemed very well made and I wish I could have kept them.

they were very comfortable, but they squeezed when I walked. So I'm keeping the Keens and returning these.

I was on the fence with these. Fit was good and there was ample toe room. For the price, I did not feel like they were made well enough to last for serious walking. The insole was very hard...would have had to replace. Also thought the sole was too thin in the forefoot area. Ended up returning. I’ve had good luck with Keen, just trying to find something more stylish.

Loved the style and materials but there was no arch support or supportive foot bed. Had to return.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I thought they were really cute and a perfect casual shoe. However, I had a few issues with them. First, the arch support was so high that I felt like I was walking on the outside of my foot. If you have high arches, these shoes would be great for you, but I don't, so found them to be very uncomfortable. I could have removed the inserts as they had the high arch, but for the price, I expect a comfortable fit without making my own adjustments. If they had been cheaper, I might have tried replacing the inserts with something with a lower arch, hoping that would work. I also tend to order a size 9 in these types of shoes and other than the arch, it was a perfect fit. Sadly, I ended up returning them.

Sadly, Chaco has changed the footbed of their shoe, and this does not have the arch support I need. Otherwise, they are very cute shoes and the size 9 1/2 for true to size. Stay true to your customer base, Chaco, or have an "original" fit and a regular fit insole. I should have listened to the other reviews about changes from Chaco.

These shoes are really cute, and they feel a bit smaller than my normal size. One thing I do not like about them is the toe bumper gets scuffed and discolored-making the shoes look worn out and dirty right away.

I love Chaco's sandals. They help keep my plantar fasciitis under control and they fit my lifestyle. I was so excited when I saw this Chaco style because I need sturdy walking shoes for travel. But these shoes are not anything like the sandals. There is no arch support! Not even when I pull out the insert and put my own in. The sole offers no ergonomic support at all. I was very disappointed.
