This is a good all around boot. Ideal for winter but can be worn in warmer months. Stylish enough to wear in formal settings and rugged enough for harsh conditions.

Bought these for a trip where I'm expecting cold temperatures and a lot of walking over various terrain. These were everything I was looking for. I can't wait to try them out!

I bought it and then I refunded it .It do not look like the picture,and It is very heavy than I thought.When I wear it ,I can feel the high quanlity but my feet do not enjoy it.

I like the way they look and feel for the most part. They're warm and keep the rain out pretty well. They have a nice tread design on the bottom. My biggest complaints are the little straps on the back to pull them on protrude out really far and get caught on my pants. The worst thing is where they sewed the insulation in. Instead of making the sewing line right along the top of the boot it is directly in line with my ankle so it rubs against them all day, making it very uncomfortable to wear them.

The upper most lace loop is protruding slightly out in this boot because the upper is bulkier than appears. This loop snagged on my $230 snow pants and completely destroyed the hem, and almost caused me to fall. Same thing a couple hours later, only this time one lace caught on the opposite boot while walking, destroying the laces and once again almost falling. You will need pants that will cover the tops of the boots to ensure no "surprises." Otherwise very warm and stylish boots, seem well constructed besides the last lace hook. Good grip on ice and snow. Fits true to size for a boot, I had a pair of thicker socks and an insole and fit as a normal set up would.

The boot was well made but I was very disappointed in the width. All of NF boots that I would love to own are to narrow. Wish they would make some in wider widths like EE or EEE. When you have to add socks to winter boots it would only make sense to make them wider. I love NF clothing but shoes/boots no so much. Disappointed.

13 width was far to narrow. Returned and am ordering a 14.
