Great for everyday wear. Adds a stylish look with jeans when sneakers just won't do

I gifted these to my husband for Christmas and he's worn them every day since. We've gone hiking, walking through rain and snow and even through the mall. The stylish look of the boot and the comfort that one can only assume is equal to that of soaring on an Eagles wing, makes it an easy choice for every day wear. While hiking he mentioned that his feed felt comfortable and warm and that he could hike all day. Definitely will be buying him some North Face summer shoes too!

My son wears them to compute from his apartment to campus. He walks thru puddles in rain and snow in NYC. They are true to fit and sturdy for everyday wear.

I was looking for a light/warm boot that could serve many different functions. This boot fit the bill perfectly. It is light and stylish enough to wear when around town running errands when its snowing, but heavy and warm enough to keep your feet warm and dry while you are shoveling snow, chopping wood, or walking your dogs in snowy conditions. If you are looking for an all around boot for daily wear in wet or snowy conditions this is the perfect choice. When I first put them on they felt about half a size too big when I was wearing my thin workout socks. Then I put them on to shovel some snow and put on my thick wool socks and they fit much better. So if you don't mind a little bit of toe room order true to size, if you like a tighter fit order about half a size smaller than your true size.

I bought these for my son-in-law and a pair in brown for my son. both love them!! I'm always very happy with North Face products.

For cold weather.

This is a Christmas gift for my son. He has not seen them yet, but they look comfortable, sturdy and well made, not to mention stylish. Not sure about the sizing yet; will have to wait until after Christmas.

Use it to go to work under a blizzard or a very cold day

I bought these to use for winter, and so far, have not been disappointed. They are somewhat pricey, but no more pricey than any other high-quality boot and is definitely worth the investment. They are warm, and keep you insulated. These boots are truly waterproof. Before, I wouldn't walk through wet puddles or snow because I'd always wear sneakers, even in winter. Now, I walk through puddles of water, just because I CAN! Not to mention, these boots are very handsome. I feel proud to wear them. They did cause some nasty cuts at first (really, really uncomfortable feeling!) for about the first two weeks. The insides of my ankles...were not pretty. But now that they are broken in, I wouldn't want to part with them. Thanks for a great boot, North Face. These are worth the investment.

You know, when you step out that door into the unpictable elements which the season of winter presents, the last thing you need is to be wearing unpredictable outer wear. North Face is a place where I have always felt quality was just a given. When I'm covered with North Face I can head out into direction and know the journey will be a good one.

Great all around biit

These boots are great! Very comfortable! Great insulation to keep in the warm. Water proof is a plus. I have big feet size 14 and fit great. They look great too.

Bought these for my college son to wear for the colder months. Said they were comfy right out of the box and are keeping his warm and dry! Not too heavy either!

Just started school in the north, needed a strong, reputable, stylish boot for my first experience living in the cold weather. These boots are perfect. Would recommend to any college student coming from a warm weather climate.

I use these boots for rainy and/or cold weather. They're very durable and warm (not to mention comfortable). I've gotten plenty of compliments on the look of these boots. In my opinion, they have all of the great characteristics of other Duck-style boots, without the weird color scheme. I've had problems with boots in the past cracking near the soles and leaking in wintery weather. These boots, however, don't seem to have that problem (plus they're backed by a pretty nice warranty).

These boots are perfect for cold weather walks in the City, tromping through snowy mountain trails, and taking the dogs on a walk through spring slush. They looks good, fit to size, lots of toe space and potential for thick socks. Great boots!
