Great shoe. Felt very comfortable from the first time I put it on.

Great fit and support my first keen, not my last!

Wow these are really great. Very comfortable.

I have two pair of the Portsmouth that I bought probably 10 years ago. Granted I rotate shoes a lot, but both pair are now finally wearing through the soles. The uppers and arches are still in great shape, and they even have the original laces. It's crazy how well made these shoes are. I've gone through many other shoes in the time I've owned these, and those didn't get 1/2 the wear my Keens did. Can't recommend enough. Fit wise, they are perfect for me and I have a wide forefoot, and the distance from my sole, to where the laces would be is particularly large - I can't even get my foot into some shoes. These fit me perfectly, so I'd assume a narrow foot would not be a fit.

I got the first pair of Portsmouth a while ago and then saw the Portsmouth II in a different color a few years later. I bought it and thought I would be able to replace it soon. However, the first pair was so durable and got a lot of wear left on them so I have not been used the new one yet. These shoes are so durable. I wore them all weekend long, walked miles and miles on them and after 2-3 yrs, plenty of wear left. Great shoes.

Honestly, one of the best pair of shoes I've owned. Great support, fits my orthotics, and looks good. Only complaint: the heel wears quickly.

This is the 3rd pair of Keen's for my son. He loves them. They fit him great and he is on his feet for his entire shift. Highly recommend Keens.

I've had surgery on one of my feet and still suffer foot pain. These shoes have been lifesavers - simply the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned. In fact, I just bought my third pair. I may not be a fashion trend setter, but my dogs aren't barking!

Love the shoes! They run a little big, but are very comfy.

A very nice and well made shoe for all around wear. I have a wide foot and this shoes is nice and wide, found very comfortable. I find Keen's are always cheap on the insole, and this was no exception. Installed some $11 gel insoles, and turned it into into a 5 star shoe.

Bought these for my husband and he loves them. They were comfortable straight out of the box, even for long days of walking and standing. Highly recommend.

Keen makes some of the most comfortable shoes that I own, and this is true for the Portsmouth II. I find that Keen shoes wear very well and are right in step style wise. I try to buy my shoes from Zappos because of the outstanding customer service.

I have bought many pairs of these shoes. I just ordered the black which have not been available for a long time, I am so excited. These shoes are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I would highly recommend buying them. Zappos is great too and their customer service is excellent.

Keens are my favorite shoe for yrs, casual dress, social evenings, saturdays ding shopping. Zappos made finding a new pair, quick, friendly, easy and no reason to step in a shoe store again. I'm hooked!

Good comfortable shoe runs a bit wider which was good for me. The padding in the heel rubbed my right ankle, otherwise a very good shoe!

These provide excellent arch support, the shoe is wider than expected which works perfect for my feet. They are very comfortable right out of the box, lightweight yet appear very durable. They have more of a Northwest clog look to me, which works for me. The side is a little higher than I am used to and do feel some rubbing against my foot there, but is getting better after wearing a few days. I can wear them all day without my feel feeling tired. I would buy again. I had to reorder half a size smaller, which fits perfectly.

Size was right on ... this shoe is almost like a light hiking boot. Should be durable and last quite awhile.

Ever since Keen discontinued their Boston walking shoe (My favorite shoe) I’ve been looking for something comparable. The Portsmouth II may just be the shoe. Same support and fit as the Boston. Even the appearance is similar. The Portsmouth takes longer to break in but after a week they were feeling good. Memo to Keen: Bring back the Boston, it’s still a cooler shoe.

The fit was fine, but I was hoping for a softer insides ( I have foot issues) . They look good and seem to well built.

first pair of KEENs I have owned. They feel great. I think I am going to be a regular customer.

Had a pair of these that I have loved and worn to death, so I ordered another pair to replace them. Don't know if the sizing has changed, or my foot, but this pair did not fit - too narrow, too short. I'm still giving 4 stars because it's such a great shoe, but something was off with this pair.

Keens run one size smaller, so I sized up. Even in the regular width they are very wide, which was great. The toe box was too high for this model though, too much room.

These are great shoes - the front is roomy for toes so that is a huge plus. The design is great for wearing in wet weather - so the perfect pacific northwest non-summer shoe. Not for the deep south where a rain can make you walk through 5 inches of water -sport sandals still rule there. The only beef I have with these is that shoe laces do wear out over a year or two of tying/untying and then need replacing... but its that bad (as they are custom laces) because calling the manufacturer support will get them to send you a new pair of laces. All told that is awesome thus. I had one pair where the upper and base seam separated, and again the manufacturer replaced the shoe, so I can only recommend these shoes wholeheartedly.
