I bought these shoes for my son for Christmas. I wasn't quite sure whether he or I would like the style, but they are very nice. They look great with jeans and slacks. They have a little different look which makes them interesting.

I have bought a pair of these every year for the last three years. The width is great and I love the RollBar. I pronate to the outside and these shoes wear better than any other pair I have worn.

I have worn the 812s which became the 813s for years. .they are not only confortable but great for balance too I wear them all year long....I have a black pair and a white pair...they are both great shoes.

These are great! I have a very bad back and these are so easy to get on and off. I stand most of the day on my job and these are very comfortable. I have a wide foot and these fit great right out of the box. Super fast shipping.

Can't say enough positive things about the New Balance store and how nice these shoes are. Well worth the money.

I havevalways liked NB products because of the fit and feel I can always expect. These walking shoes are very comfortable and tho I hate to admit it, with the velcro closures, my first pair of oldman shoes...lol. .Looking forward to many enjoyable walks.

Heel a bit wide, but rest of shoe is great. Slips on much easier than the other NB sports shoes that I have. The 2E fits much better than just the D for my size 14 feet. Wish they made golf shoes that fit so well.

I was very happy to be able to get a shoe that was wide enough and fits perfectly. It is a bit scary to order online, but it fit the foot right.

Comfort, stabilization and that wonderful soft shoe collar are first rate. As simply a walking shoe, I would buy no other. I can only wish that you would consider a Non-Slip sole so that I could also use it for work purposes. PLEASE consider doing this. Thumbs enthusiastically UP!

get for a large person. I am using it as a golf shoe due to the little nubs on th bottom: great

I have tried other brands, but I always end up buying New Balance. I am on my feet a lot when working, and these fit the bill perfectly. Very comfortable and great fit ( 13 x 6E ).

Good looking, quality materials and construction, accurate size and width, excellent support. I always buy NB models with Rollbar construction for the long lasting lateral support that other shoes don't offer.

I am a diabetic and the 813's work good for me. Probably will buy again in the near future

The shoe looks good, fits great, is extremely comfortable to wear. A shoe you can wear out of the box without socks.

I wear a size 13 4E and could not find this size and style in local stores. So I immediately went to the New Balance website. I immediately found what I desired in size, style, and color. I accidentally double ordered my purchase. Customer Service assisted me in a most professional and gracious manner. I received my purchase in a very timely manner. I left on an extended vacation shortly after receiving my purchase. I drove approximately 5,000 miles, walked many miles, and climbed almost that many stairs. I have had several surgeries on my feet. I had no problems while wearing my New Balance athletic shoes. I will be purchasing my next pair directly from this website--- forget the local stores.

Without a doubt, the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. As an older person I appreciate the ease of wearing. They also look better than my old 'lace' shoes.

The new 813 has the loop outside the shoe. Great change. But the hook is a little long for the top of my feet. It sticks out.

These are the perfect shoes for my husband because they fit his wide foot and are easy to slip on and fasten

I wear my black and brown 813s to work each day. They are comfortable, and comply with the dress code at my employer's data center. For me these are pure NBH (New Balance Heaven)! I have been running in NB for 20+ years. These are my first walking shoes.
