If the hat fits small, just soak it and it will stretch and conform to larger noggins.

love the lambs wool for its super warmth and so comfy. you would think wool might be itchy but this lambs wool is quite the opposite! use it daily on my winter walks with the dog!

This is our all time favorite wool hat. It is amazingly warm for the thickness (thank you, boiled lambs wool!) and the fleece band inside keeps it from feeling scratchy on your ears. It fits my big 7 3/4 noggin and my wife's 7 1/2 and our daughters 7 1/4 just as well. Really, it's a fabulous hat!

I love this hat! It looks great and is really warm - I've bought two of them, one dark grey and one lighter gray. My only issues with it, is that if you wash it (by hand in cold water, as recommended, because it is wool), it still shrunk and became much tighter, which wasn't that much of an issue, but it became shorter too and my ears aren't covered all the way anymore. Regardless of this, I still love this hat.

I've owned 5 of these over the years; my first two were the gradient beanie which is basically the same thing. I think this latest one actually fits a little better; the fleece band inside feels a little more elastic. Overall it's my favorite beanie. It's never gotten me cold in Chicago winters wet or dry, it's never gotten stinky and it's always cozy. Compared to merino beanies, this feels more substantial and insulating. The only reason I've had 5 is because I left behind the first at my mother's house and it got rained and sunned on for weeks; the second one shrunk after using a washing machine; the third and fourth disappeared on me. Lessons learned: hand wash and remember the beanie.

This has replaced many of my casual winter hat options. On windy days I'm perfectly warm with no wind break through. The fleece lining on the inside helps with extra warmth and cutting done on potential itch from wool feeling.

Bought this hat for a winter hike in Northern Michigan that I will take at the end of January. I've been field testing it and expect it to work great. It is very warm. I have had to remove it about 20 minutes into a hike and just keep my head in the hood of my shell.

I have all three colors. I think however that, the light grey is heavier. Love them all.

Love this toque. I have to be outside dressed in business suit or like and this hat is perfect. Classy enough to be worn with a business suit, warm enough that you don't even think about the elements

This beanie is all that it promises. Perfectly fitted to be worn at work or at play. Warm and very comfortable. This beanie is my new favorite toque to wear. I wear it everywhere.

Love this toque - clean design, comfortable to wear and most importantly warm! My head is 7 .5" and I doubt this toque would be suited to ppl with larger heads than that. Will be a staple in my winter kit for sure.

Very warm, fits great, I didn't follow the instructions and put it in the dryer - they are not joking...definitely don't do that - it warped the shape and now it isn't smooth/circular unfortunately. Still warm and comfy though!

Use it all the time and it folds to fit in my pocket

This is the perfect hat for hiking, canoeing, lounging about, skiing or snowshoeing, etc. I am a gal with a medium to big head and high-volume hair, and this fits snugly. I got the grey color which I love, which is a bit darker than the pictures online, but not a dark grey. It is such a classic hat, and plain in a good way, that I envision myself wearing this to a few outdoor work events (trail openings, ribbon-cuttings, etc) since it has a cleaner look than my other hats that have more of a hippie vibe.

This is my favorite winter hat. Not only is it cool looking with wool. It is extremely comfortable and I'm bald. The fleece band inside is great on my ears and the wool is soft so doesn't scratch or itch my head.

Simple and very warm. I wear this beanie all the time and have never had an issue.
