I got this boots for a trip but unfortunately I would be returning since they bruised the back of my legs due to the stiffness of them. :(

These boots are so pretty. I loved them as soon as I saw them online. When I opened the box, I was even more excited. They were gorgeous. I put them on and that's when the problem started. They were warm and fit my foot well, but they rubbed the back of my leg so bad that I had a red mark the next day. I was uncomfortable in the boots all day. I wanted to keep them, really because they were super cute and I loved the look of them, but I just couldn't because they hurt so bad. i had to return them.

I bought these as a passenger on a motorcycle. They are supposed to be waterproof. They do not even come close. They get wet inside from the stitching on the top, even in a light to moderate rain. They are also very slick on the soles when wet. I almost fell twice trying to get on the bike. I am a huge UGG fan but these did not deliver.

The boots offer almost no traction. I have the tall version of these and you do not slip all over. The bottom sole and top toe have changed from the original. I live in Colorado. I need a cute light winter boot.

I was really excited to get these boots for my first winter in Chicago. I found them listed under the "winter boot" section on the UGG website (however, they are not rated for -20 degrees).
My first time out in the boots after a snowstorm was really disappointing. I was slipping all over the place, the tread was absolutely terrible. The day before I wore heels out in the same conditions (it was actually probably worse) and had more stability in my heels than these shoes. Sad, but the truth.
Don't invest in these shoes for the winter.

Purchased these from Ugg Boots from Belk: I love these boots. However, they are NOT waterproof. I wore them in the rain thinking I would be okay and the top of my toes were soaked through. To clarify I hadn't walked in a puddle or anything, they were soaked from overhead rain, I think the seam stitching on the front is where the water came through. A little annoyed since I paid so much for waterproof boots.These were my first pair of Ugh boots,and although they are super cute, and comfy they aren't Waterproof as advertised. The tongue also slipped to the side constantly which made them a little less comfy than they could have been.

I recently purchased the these boots and they're so uncomfortable I wouldn't even give it one star but it's REQUIRED in order to post the review how inaccurate !!

OK, I have big feet. But a size 10 always fits me. These did not. I haven't been able to wear them. My big toes touch the toe box, and the width is snug as well.
I bought them to wear to an all day outside event up North in January, and was uncertain what kind of conditions I'd encounter (I'm from FL). I decided there was no way I could stand for 4 hours in them, so they are sitting in the box in my closet.
I'm really disappointed because they are very stylish and look great with skinny jeans or leggings.
If your foot is less than a size 10, then I'd probably recommend them. If not, then I'd say no.

I think I was shipped knockoffs. The right boot has the buckle on the inside not on the outside. Going back for a refund.

A long-time Uggs customer, I purchased these boots primarily for use in wet weather. I returned my original purchase (of my regular) size 8.5 in exchange for a size 9 because the 8.5 was far too tight. The size 9 is manageable but uncomfortable, still very stiff and too narrow. I will continue to try to break them in but very disappointed in Uggs with this style!

Delivery prompt. Arrived good condition. Did not fit. No wide width. Live chat was not helpful at all.And from there I called California Decker Brands and they were no help at all. Now I am stuck with a $217.25 site credit that I cannot use and this company refuses to send me a check. So I have just been screwed out of $217.25.

I bought these boots for daily use walking to and from my university from my apartment. In winter, in Europe, and on slippery cobblestone streets. I walk pretty much everywhere since I don't have a vehicle and I frequently take trips on the weekends which also involve a lot of walking. I got tired of having sore feet all the time so I decided to invest in these boots (a drastic upgrade from my previous boots, which were the equivalent of Walmart boots) and I'm so glad I did! After a weekend of traveling and walking a ton, I noticed how much support and stability these boots had despite being a bit narrow. Personally I didn't have a problem with how narrow they were. They were quite snug at fist, but I wore them around my apartment to see if they would stretch any with wear, and they stretched enough to be comfortable. However if you have wide feet, do not but these boots. They're also very cute and match most of my outfits, even the fancier ones. Also, they're really waterproof, although I didn't walk through a lot of water or snow, but for daily wear if it's a little rainy these boots will do fine. The only problem I ran into was within about 2 months, I had worn them so much that the furry lining on the footbed was flattened down completely, which reduced how much support they originally had. Luckily I was able to find an arch support insert that fit nicely into the boots and I no longer had a problem with support. If you're looking for a good everyday winter shoe that needs to withstand a lot of walking, I recommend these boots, although it might be a good idea to have some sort of supportive insert handy if you need a lot of support like I do.

This review is more for the UGGS company than it is about the actual shoe. I ordered these as a christmas present and when I opened them to make sure everything was in order I was shocked to find that they weren't in good condition. There's brown specks (I ordered the black boots) all over the bottom and sole of the boot. It barely comes off when I scrape it with my nails. Also, one of the boots looked really scraped up as if they've been worn. I'm SO disappointed that UGGS would send out something in this condition. I'm going to let the person open them on Christmas but I plan to send them back and exchange for a better, perfect pair. UGGS should do better and screen their products better before sending.

These are attractive and priced reasonably. But I bought them because they claimed to be "waterproof." In this morning's heavy rain, I returned to find the toes of my socks and my feet wet. Did not expect this kind of blatant failure in such a pricey and popular brand.
