Ordered these for my 4 year old son, and he loves them. Classic styling, Velcro for easy on/off, mid/high top for added stability, and reasonable price, what's not to love?! We initially purchased a pair in a different color scheme last year and they have held up relatively well, considering he's a boy that is not easy on his clothing. Great service from Zappos!

Cute shoes, love the Velcro straps! My son takes forever to tie his shoelaces, these are perfect for him. Shipping was fast, I got it the next day.

Vans are a top shoe in our house, my four year has a love for them like no other. She loves the ease of being able to get them on herself. These are wearing great! I have a rough and tumbler kid, who puts her shoes to the test- these pass with flying colors!

My son adores these. I like how sturdy and supportive they are and how they seem to be holding up well to what he puts them through. (He's a runner and jumper and climber kinda guy). When I first ordered, the sizing felt about a half size too small, and I had to exchange for the half size up. I don't know if the size really ran small or if he grew, but with both my boys I needed to size up, so unless they both grew at the same time, I'm going to have to guess they just run a tad small. Five stars for the quality, look, comfort and of course for Zappos awesome returns service!

This is our second pair and we love them. My son is a preschooler so the Velcro makes putting them on and off very easy for him. They are very comfortable and super stylish.

I bought these for my son and he fell in love with them right away! They're easy to put on and take off. They're comfortable and stylish. To top it off they're in the color red which my son absolutely loves. He's also been getting compliments on his shoes. He loves that :)

As an adult, I love the look and skate performance of Vans. I've owned over a dozen pairs since i was in my early 20's. I bought this pair for my 5 year old daughter and she loves them. She's my little skateboard buddy and likes to look the part just as much as she likes to ride! The velcro option makes it very easy for her to put on and take off. The red looks great and she gets compliments on her shoes all the time. They do tend to run a 1/2 size big so keep that in mind when ordering. This pair is durable and well constructed.

Great shoe! Wonderful ankle support. My son is able to put them on all by himself (special needs) everyone tells him how good they look! Outstanding customer servce from zappos????

These Van sneakers are a brilliant red color and exactly what I was looking for. My son wanted a pair of Phillies sneakers but the smallest I could find was youth 3 and we need youth 2. So glad I came across these and they were available youth size 2. He chose the Velcro red/white over the tie red/black. They fit him perfectly and I found them true to size. Now he has his "Phillies" sneakers and that makes him happy.

I wear a woman's 5.5 shoe, and really wanted a pair of Velcro Oldschool Van's hi-tops. Unfortunately Vans does not make this shoe for adults, but fortunately my petite foot fits a kids size 4! So I couldn't be happier rocking these shoes and showing my support for loving Vans. I have quite a few pair of the slip ons, but really wanted hi-tops for the summer- so thanks vans for making kids sizes, and thanks Zappos for carrying all sizes!

Terrific fit and comfortable. Zappos is a wonderful company...we ordered the wrong size and they were very accommodating. Will shop here again and again.
