Foot bed was not as thick or padded as I had hoped. I thought they would be cuter/less clunky looking . leather is noticeably heavier than other sneakers.

Love the look of these shoes, but they felt too tight across my toes. Also, the arch support feels "off", as though it's set back too far. After wearing them around the house for a few hours, my legs began to ache. I attribute that to the offset arch support. Darn!!! They are so cute! As always, big thank you to Zappos!

Although these shoes slipped in the heel I added a pad and decided to keep them. They are very cute, but not the most comfortable shoes, narrow through the toes.

I am consistently a size 6 1/2 size. These run tight with the insert and loose and hard without it.

I wanted to love these shoes. They are very cute, and when I wear them I get many complements. I have a wide toe base and narrow heel. I ordered a size 38 (I'm a normal size 7). I haven't been able to wear flats without stockings, because I always get blisters. So I can't say these shoes were bad, they were normal (my foot doesn't fit good in shoes without socks). I bought a special pair no show socks, and when I first put the shoes on they felt very comfortable. Then I wore them, and noticed my heel was slipping. I bough heel pads to get more support. Then the heel hurt. I tried 2 different heel pads, and found a gel one that seems comfortable and with a bandaid they are comfortable! What trouble for a pair of shoes. I think they will finally work. I'm planning to wear these for travel, and leisure. Hopefully no blisters.

I really, really wanted these to work as an alternative to mesh athletic shoes. However, I wear some hefty orthotics and the footbed was too shallow. Once I put in the orthotics and put on the shoes, my heel came right out of the shoe as I walked - my the heel did not come up high enough to "snug" my foot into the shoe. I regretfully had to return the shoe. Also, the shoes were a big snug on my toes - any extended walking would have resulted in the tops of my toes getting sore (again, due to orthotics decreasing the space within the shoe). Since I have a large foot, I could not go to a bigger size to solve these problems.

I am returning because I think my feet would be too hot during the summer and I like to walk a lot. Plus, they look cuter online, seem a little to mature, to be polite.

I wanted to like these shoes because I love Eccos. But the color is definitely not white. It is more of a dingy grey color. I will be returning.

I normally wear a 7 or 71/2 and these were very long in the toe. This made the toe cap seams press into my foot uncomfortably when I walked. The heel was also very low and felt like it would've given me a bad blister after a short time. Materials were very luxe, however fit was way too uncomfortable , esp. at that price.

Very comfortable shoe but white was grayish and overall the shoe looked like it was meant for a nurse to wear to work.

I am disappointed that the lining is NOT leather! All the shoes used to have leather linings, so I purposely chose this one because it states LEATHER LINING. But it is not. It is fabric. Too bad. My previous Ecco sneakers from 4 years ago did have leather lining and is much better. Everything else is okay.

Too narrow in the toe box for me and a seam over the little toe rubbed. Had to return

This shoe runs narrow and tight. I always wear a medium width but with socks on there were not comfortable.

I like Eccos and this is just the style I was looking for. Eccos are built with excellent arch support, which distributes your weight in a very comfortable way. I was unpleasantly surprised to find the stitching on one shoe causing ripples on the upper. I guess I'll keep them but I didn't think that I would find this in an expensive shoe.

Great customer service, as always. Thank you Zappos! The fit was perfect and the shoe feels well made. Unfortunately I'm returning it because the white isn't as bright and crisp as it looks in all the photos. Color is much darker, more of a very light beige. Plus I prefer a more minimal one-piece toe cap for this sneaker style, without the additional seam on top. This is only vaguely visible in the photos.

i bought this shoe 2 years ago , the quality has plummeted. The shoe is hard, the leather stiff, and is very snug. My original pair was roomy and butter soft. This is very disappointing as they were my go to shoes. ECCO, you have lost my respect and business!

The ECCO Soft was actually super stiff and I'm returning them because the tongue of the right shoe bulged out on one side at the bottom and rubbed my toe terribly. Maybe it's just something wrong with the sewing on this pair but I won't order a replacement since they're so stiff.

Something really weird is going on with the toe box -- like there's a strip of cardboard going across the top of the shoe. I thought there might be packaging material stuck in the shoe, but no.

So cute, but so small. My other ECCO shoes in the same size fit perfectly. These were so much smaller in length, width, and even the height of the toe box. I’m returning these and will try a size larger.

My toes were jammed up against the top of the shoes, and the leather is very still. I'm returning the shoes as it is very painful. I was super surprised - I actually triple-checked thinking that perhaps the wrong size/width had been sent, but sadly no.
