This shoe was really attractive, but the toe bed was a little too narrow, and the heel was too wide. Ended up buying Asics.

Nice looking casual sneaker, but narrow across the toes. I'm a standard medium is just about every shoe, but this one rubbed my toes.

The shoe is very attractive but no arch support at all. They feel very flat footed and my feet hurt within a few minutes of wearing.

I wear a size 11 or 42 in nearly all brands and shoes but this Ecco shoe runs extremely, extremely small, at least in the larger sizes. A 42 felt like a size 10 so I ordered a 43 which is supposed to be equivalent to a size 12 or 12.5. The 43 was barely long enough for my size 11 foot. There is not a lot of room in the toe box so if you actually plan to walk in these shoes I would order at least a size larger than what is recommended. I don’t know whether they are true to size in the smaller sizes. I was hoping that they would be a good travel shoe but I’m not sure the toe box is roomy enough for all day walking comfort. Considering that this brand runs so small one would hope think that they’d offer more styles in the larger sizes but they don’t. Only a few styles are available. Just a note about the navy color—my shoes arrived with traces of blue dye on the white shoelaces. I’m annoyed at that and may replace the shoelaces at some point.

I was optimistic about this shoe from every aspect, but the seam near the toe hits right over the ball of my foot and it was uncomfortable on my growing bunion. Sigh.

These are very cute and stylish. That being said, they come with a removable foam insole that I had to take out in order for them to be the correct width. The insole made them much too tight for me to wear. Also there is an annoying rise in the foot bed that is not placed in a comfortable spot and I have no idea why it is even there. On my foot, which I consider an averagely proportioned foot, it touches near the top of the ball of the foot just beneath where the toes end. It is not entirely comfortable having that extra padding there and I can't remove it as it is underneath the glued foot bed. If that padding was not there these would be the most comfortable sneaker.

These run SMALL. I ordered these in a size 41 (US 10) and they felt a whole size smaller. Had to send them back. I will be re ordering in a size 42.

Got the light blue..,soft on outside and cushiony on inside...,but ran too long and too narrow :(

Too Small. I'm a size 10, and for some reason this style tends to run small. I ordered a 41, however am returning it for a size 42. I would suggest sizing up on this style.

Not as comfortable as I had hoped. There is a seam that hit right at the top of the toes...it is stiff leather and very uncomfortable in that spot. Also, color is more brown and less orange than the photo. Going back!!

I wanted to love these shoes as the style was exactly what I was looking for, but when I tried them on, I was very disappointed. There is an extra removable insole which I suppose helps with sizing (removing the extra insole increases it by a 1/2 size), however the support decreases. I have walked around my house hoping they will feel comfortable and even as I sit with them on, they are still very uncomfortable. They feel too tight all around (They are loosely tied and they are a size up from my usual). There is a scratchy seam on the upper part of the shoe which makes them unbearable without socks (as some reviewers said they prefer them without socks). I had high hopes for these, given the price, but I will be returning them.

Beautifully made shoes but unfortunately the White color is actually Grey. So disappointed as they are stylistically just the perfect shoe.

I have these same shoes in suede and they are great - the leather version I ordered here were so stiff and squeaky that I returned them instantly. The leather was not remotely supple and it would take a long time to wear them in. A shoe should not be this noisy - they needed to use softer leather - simply not up to Ecco standards IMO.

I fell in love with these shoes when I saw them here, and placed my order. I received them and unfortunately they run small and narrow, and there is a seam in the toe box that rubs in my small toe. This is the first pair of Eccos that don’t fit! I ordered my regular size and width but for some reason these are a no no and sadly, will have to return.

Loved the way they looked. They just had an uncomfortable feel under my foot pad.

Was so hopeful based on reviews. The inside seam above the toes rubbed on my bare foot. Don't want to wear socks. Otherwise comfortable, but sending back. 9.5 but ordered 10 which fit.

Very cute shoe, but smaller than expected. Had to return.

These shoes are beautiful. However, they are narrow and I removed the inner liner to establish a wider fit (like it says). But I feel that removed the cushion feel I wanted. I also order a size larger (41) just in case. But leaving the inner liner in lifted my heel higher and the shoes slipped on my heel when walking. Too bad! They are cute shoes.

They look great but they squeak. I had to send them back because of that.

I normally wear a 11.5/12 medium width, so ordered the 12/12.5 figuring I'd be wearing moderately thick socks with these. In bare feet they were super tight both length and width. At least a full size too short and on the narrow side. Too bad, they are very cute, but had to return them.

I bought this exact same shoe a year before and it was life-changing. I wore it literally every day. So when they started getting a bit worn, I just ordered another of the same. But it wasn't the same shoe! It was stiffer and not as comfy. Super sad!

I love Chase II Tie and Soft 7 Ecco sneakers and assumed this would fit similarly. It doesn't. It's short and narrow by comparison and therefore not comfortable. The ties are tubular, short and hard to tie. I am very disappointed. I loved the look of the darker sole rather than the stark white that looks dirty in time. SIGH.

I like the deep purple color. The styling is cute. But, overall, this shoe did not work out for me. It was too narrow for my foot and didn't offer enough arch support.

I love the style and construction of these shoes, but the fit is not what I have come to expect from Ecco. First of all, the sizing is off. I've never worn anything but a 39 in Ecco, and the 39 was super tight in this shoe. I ordered a replacement in a 40, and while it initially felt good, upon further wear I am noticing a spot where it rubs on my heel. Not in a way that says it's too big, because there is no slipping, but more having to do with the shape of the heel cup itself. The arch support is adequate, but not as good as other Ecco sneakers I have worn. I have already worn them around outside, so I will be keeping them, but they are a bit of a disappointment.

I wish I could wear these shoes. I ordered them in 2 sizes, hoping for a fit. The back of the shoe is just too wide, and my heel kept coming out. I need white shoes for Croquet, where all white is the uniform. They are great looking, so I am sad to send them back.
