Have a pair in black leather and the suede is totally different - black is the most comfortable pair I own, blue going back as it cuts into my foot. Odd that material makes that much of a difference but also noted where they are made are two different countries.

I really liked the overall style of the shoe, and it fit great. Walking around the house, they felt very comfortable. But the pearl color was just a bit too shiny for my taste.

Fatal flaw on the shoe. There is a seam that is on the inside of the side of the heel and you can feel it. Very uncomfortable. Could maybe wear with tall socks but I sent them back twice. Silly design.

These were extra wide, as noted in the bottom of the shoe, but not on the site. Cute shoe, but dissapointed it didn't fit.

These shoes are so cute and the color is so pretty but for some reason they are running smaller than 3 other pair that I have in the exact same style. Wish I could have kept them but they are too tight and narrow in toe area. Must return.

This was my second purchase of this shoe in size 38 in deep forest metallic. They are great looking shoes. However, they fit much wider than my previous purchase, and my feet slip right out of them. Too bad because I love the snugger fit of the ones in vanilla, they are incredibly comfortable, and I'd like another pair. Thank-you Zappos for a great return policy.

I have bunions and otherwise just pain in my feet all the time. I can't wear any heel at all--even 1 inch. I don't know why Ecco would decide to add a heel to a comfort sneaker, but they did. These shoes are so great in all respects and I would love them (despite the high price) if it weren't for the added height in the heel! I hope they figure this out and take it out in the future. Alas, these have to go back. I'm keeping the Joseph Seibel's--no heel at all and roomy enough for my bunions and stylish (almost as cute as the Eccos).

Love the color, love the softness of the shoe fabric. Insole does come out but shoe is not deep enough to allow orthotics to fit comfortably

These shoes are very attractive, but I just wish they came in wide width. Unfortunately, had to return them.

The styling was great and really liked the Stone Metallic color. I know Ecco sneakers are highly rated, but unfortunately they were too tight and seemed a bit stiff. I imagine they would have softened up, but I wasn't up to going through a break in period. I wish they had a wide size option. So back they went...

I ordered thsi shoe because I thought the color and the smooth texture would be a good shoe for trips. However, this sneaker was not as comfortable as I had expected or hoped. With a thin pair of socks, it felt tight. It was also not as cushy on the bottom of my foot as I had hoped and needed. It would probably be fine for someone witha thinner foot ( thought I usually wear a Medium width) and someone who does not need a ore cushioned insole. The shoe just felt too stiff and hard.

I use to love these shoes. I worn them a lot as they go with everything crom casual, dresses, and suits. I worn my old pair to death so needed to reorder a new pair. Unfortunately, they are no longer made in Europe and quality of the leather and shoe in general went down. I decided to return as leather is no longer crisp white. Such a pity. It is still a good pair of white sneakers with great fit, but they are no longer perfect as it use to be. I hate when something I love and appreciate goes down in quality! Looks like it is a down hill for my favorite shoe brand - Ecco. I would not mind paying higher a price if they keep the same suppliers/factory/standard.

Not a fan of the overall look—the grommets made the style more casual than i was hoping for. I like the lower cut silhouette and slight shine to the leather.

Im going to size up. But the shoes came dirty...not very Zappos like

When I first opened the box and saw these sneakers I was very happy, they are really cute. Perfect for getting the causal/dressy look without wearing a bulky sneaker but still be comfortable. I wear anywhere from 7.5-9( depending the style and maker). In sneakers I like how an 8.5 fits but with European brands it is either a 38 or 39. I would love a 38.5 but nevertheless I went with the 39. The length was good where my toe was not smooshed in the front but the back heel part was too big and gappy. If I stood still perfect, soon as I walked the back of the heel was too wide. too much gap. I have an odd foot anyway, my heels are more narrow than I like so I do have problems finding shoes that are not wide and gappy in the heel area. Also I was surprised they were not as comfortable as I was hoping they would be. Sadly they went back. I love Zappos they don't judge, the return policy is fantastic and Zappos has become my go to store for shoes. I will keep trying until I find the perfect fit.

I really wanted a slip-on version of the Ecco Soft 7 Sneaker so I was hoping they were true to size. They were NOT. I could barely get my size 12 M foot into the Size 43 - supposedly 12-12.5. I ended up ordering a men's version with laces, because the men's slip-on didn't look as nice. However they DID run true to size.

The toe box was not high enough or wide enough. The shoe scraped on my heels when I walked.

I loved the style of this shoe. I've worn Ecco quite a bit and they have always worked with my orthotics. Unfortunately, none of the Ecco Soft 7 sneakers I ordered were deep enough to comfortably wear my thick orthotics. These would probably work great for someone with no orthotics or thinner orthotics. Very cute!

I wanted to love these--style was just what I was wanted for a European trip. But although the shoes seemed to fit ok (I ordered a 1/2 size up at 8 1/2), they just didn't feel comfortable on my feet. I didn't like the way the soles felt, like more padding was needed. I have high arches too and the upper part of the shoe could have been more comfortable. Sadly, I had to return them.

It is a cute shoe. Love how it looks but virtually no support so sadly, I have to send it back.

I ordered thesebecause I have a pair in Black that are so very comfortable. The leather on the white pair seemed stiffer & not as comfortable. There also seemed to be a rough patch inside where the cap toe is stitched. I ended up with a very painful blister in that spot.

Flat as a rock, almost as heavy, but not quite as comfortable. Maybe that's loosen up with time, but I can't afford to wait and find out.

Too small and narrow............................... a BIG disappointment!!

My first attempt trying this brand. I'm an 8.5 and can be a 9. The 9 felt short and tight.
