Tight toe box.

I am 67 and notice I need a softer but stable cushion in the soles of my shoes. These soles were not soft enough. Would love a stylish casual shoe w this type of sole. Will have to shop and try them before purchasing.

shoe stitching on top where tongue attaches to shoe is rough, painful and causes blister. Like the look of these but unfortunately not comfortable for my foot

Looking for a supportive shoe that will make it through and active day with teaching, but this wasn't to be. Leather is lovely and soft but foot bed was amazingly stiff and hard with zero cushion. The arch was perfect but my heels hurt just wearing around the house for a bit and when I took them off my feet cramped near the ball of my foot.

I ordered the White and they look like a light bluish or grey, just like the color Air. I'm guessing they mixed up the two at the factory. I would have kept them if they'd been an actual white but sending them back. They are a good quality.

Loved the style, but unfortunately the fit was rigid and constrained. Not what I was expecting. Unfortunately, returning.

I thought the shoe was really cute, loved the navy color. However the shoes were long and wide. I wear a size 11 M or N depending on the shoe. Finding a shoe that was too long was a bit surprising.

I prefer the slightly different older models of sneakers that I have.

For reference, my typical size is a 9.5 N, and my feet are both narrow and low-volume. A few years ago, I purchased a pair of ECCO sneakers, and they are one of my best purchases ever. They have held up well and I wear them all the time. The leather is buttery soft and the arch support is fantastic. They ran narrow (good for me) and a half size short, so a 10 fit perfectly. Cut to my recent purchase--I expected the same fit and quality, but got neither. The leather is stiff and they now must fit truer to size, because the 10 was both too long and too wide. Also, these have a horzontal "line" across the base of the toe which is difficult to discern in the pictures, and isn't very comfortable because of the overall stiffness of the leaather. I would expect nicer leather at the $169 price point. I returned them.

these sneakers are sleek but hurt my foot at the base of the toes while walking. the toe box where it meets the lacing, when bent, it presses down my foot, cannot wear them at all. so sad.

Wanted to love these shoes. Got two different sizes, 7 and 7 1/2. The 71/2 was very large so ordered the 7. Still too big. Also the shoe was not soft leather at all and the inside sole was hard. Just not made for me. For the record, I usually wear either of the sizes above, leaning more to 7 1/2, always a medium

This shoe was very stiff. Maybe it would soften up over time, but I couldn't take that chance w/my feet!

I love how these look but they did not feel comfortable right away and felt hard. I have another pair of Ecco’s that I love (black woven slip on), but these did not have the same fit or comfort. I also had to size down with this pair. My not her Ecco’s are TTS. I wish they were more comfortable like I was expecting, so I had to return.

Thought the bumps on the sole would be good for walking in Europe, but they hurt the bottom of my feet. Cute style

This shoe was just not comfortable. It seemed a little too narrow and a little too short. Plus, I didn't care for the look of it once it arrived.

This shoe seemed to fit more snug than other Ecco shoes I have bought.

I ordered these shoes because I have another pair Ecco’s, that resemble slip on Vans. Those have been excellent and look like quality shoes. These came and just from trying them on a few times the leather was getting little scratches and scuffs. (I ordered them in the tan color)They did not look like a quality shoe. They almost looked like pleather. They did fit true to size and were comfortable. I just feel like for the price, they should look a lot better.

The shoes look great and have good arch support. Unfortunately for me they rubbed a huge blister on the back of my left foot and I haven't been able to try them again due to still having the blister. Hopefully some heel supports will help with this. The right shoe was perfectly fine.

These are different than the Ecco soft 7 you would buy in Ecco store. The laces are different. Returned felt they were not real Ecco

I was really hoping I would like these shoes but the leather was extremely stiff and they weren't comfortable for me ("Soft 7" is misleading!). Also, I have a narrow heel and I couldn't make them tight enough to keep my heel from slipping. Unfortunately, I have to return them.

Material is very soft. They feel more like slippers. Not enough arch support for me. I returned.

I was hoping they weren't quite as orange as they looked in the picture, but they were. Too orange for my taste.

I originally ordered size 41 and found them way too big. I exchanged them for the smaller size 40 and am finding them very close to being too small. Very disappointing, but I love the style of this Ecco shoe and hope they will stretch out. This is my third pair and am very surprised at how different the sizing is.

I wanted to love these shoes. They fit true to size for me (10m) but I want a pure white shoe. This is straight up gray. It’s a light gray and definitely not white which really bothered me. I notice that is the case with some of these comfort sneakers. Even Cole Haan’s grand pro sneakers are more light gray then white. I bought the Cole Haan Carrie sneakers two years ago and loved them because they had a low, non-clunky profile and were a pure white but they don’t make them anymore. So will have to keep looking.

Very stylish and cute but dirty from being worn.
