I wanted to love these shoes. The fit was perfect and the arch support felt good. However, there is a lot of leather under the eyelet over the big toes and it put too much pressure onto my right big toe. I am just worried that they will rub a blister there with lots of walking.

I really wanted to like these shoes as they are very popular with others. However, I found them to be extremely stiff. Perhaps they would have loosened up with time but I didn’t wish to risk it. Back they go. I went with the Josef Seibel Claire 01 instead.

I have some Ecco sandals I love, so I had high hopes for these cute sneakers. But they were too long (slipped at the heal when I walked) but also too narrow so I can't go down a size, and the leather was not soft like I anticipated it would be. I was disappointed. I ended up keeping the pair of Olu Kai sneakers that we super comfy and great fit for me.

No arch support nor cushioning True to size. Nice color.

Loved the style and color but they felt so very stiff with a hard bottom….just not a comfortable feeling for me.

Material is very stiff, but the worst problem was the fact that they run so narrow I could not even get my foot in there. Return them quickly do not recommend unless you have a skinny foot, I’m a normal medium.

Felt stiff and like it would cause blisters on my ankles

I have several Ecco sneakers and this is the only pair that I can’t seem to break in. I have worn them on vacations a few times and I always get a blister on my left toe where the seam joins. I have taken out the insole thinking that would help - something just isn’t right. Sadly, I give up on this particular pair.

It was cushioned enough for me. I am looking for a dress sneaker with the feel of almost a running shoe level of cushion.

too wide for my narrow feet and not enough arch support. Very nice looking shoe. Wish Ecco would make a narrow shoe. Brooks is the only athletic shoe that I have found in narrow.

I always buy these sneakers and love them but these seemed a half size too big.

I like Ecco but this shoe didn’t do it for me

I ordered an 8-8.5 and a 9- 9.5 was sent to me so I am returning

These are really cute. A little more lavendar than grey but that's ok with me. They get dirty fast and don't clean well. There is very little cushion in the sole and very little arch support. Because of the price, I expected more. I wouldn't purchase this brand/style again unless it went below $80.

I think the quality was fine although I don't know that it justify this kind of price tag. I didn't like the silver colored eyelets on the white shoe and the overall look of the shoe was 'oldie'. Returned them.

I am so bummed! This is maybe my 5th pair of these shoes, and the photo showed it to be smooth leather but they arrived and are...like nubuck? Not what I wanted and so back they go. I feel kind of annoyed/surprised that the photo didn't look like the shoe. I don't know what "powder cow" means but I did not think it meant "nubuck" because the photo looked smooth, like every previous pair I have bought. Did "powder" refer to the finish? No idea. I LOVE THESE SHOES but I don't like the leather. Ecco, what have you done??

Tight toe box.

I am 67 and notice I need a softer but stable cushion in the soles of my shoes. These soles were not soft enough. Would love a stylish casual shoe w this type of sole. Will have to shop and try them before purchasing.

shoe stitching on top where tongue attaches to shoe is rough, painful and causes blister. Like the look of these but unfortunately not comfortable for my foot

Looking for a supportive shoe that will make it through and active day with teaching, but this wasn't to be. Leather is lovely and soft but foot bed was amazingly stiff and hard with zero cushion. The arch was perfect but my heels hurt just wearing around the house for a bit and when I took them off my feet cramped near the ball of my foot.

I ordered the White and they look like a light bluish or grey, just like the color Air. I'm guessing they mixed up the two at the factory. I would have kept them if they'd been an actual white but sending them back. They are a good quality.

Loved the style, but unfortunately the fit was rigid and constrained. Not what I was expecting. Unfortunately, returning.

I thought the shoe was really cute, loved the navy color. However the shoes were long and wide. I wear a size 11 M or N depending on the shoe. Finding a shoe that was too long was a bit surprising.

I prefer the slightly different older models of sneakers that I have.
